Review Panera Bread - Pelham Manor

Panera is generally good. But this spot as i sat down didnt like due to sun beating down. I encourage team members lower blinds when too sunny to make it more comfortable.

I unfortunately ran into a problem that my order was delivered, but I never received it. The manager of the Pelham, NY location, Paola, went above and beyond to right this wrong by providing exceptional customer service; calling me back when the new driver received the order (as I ordered again), issuing a full refund of the first order, adding additional items to my second order and made it very personable as I was going through an excruciating migraine. She really made my day and engulfs her managerial position. Thanks again, Paola! :)

I have to give this location a 5 star for their exceptional service everytime. Hands down, Pelham is my favorite location. It has a very calming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional. Alex makes my visit worthwhile. He's always friendly and professional in manner. Well done Panera. Great food and service all around.

Great service and friendly staff! Restaurant is quiet with plenty of parking available as it is located in an outside shopping center. Food here is ALWAYS fresh and establishment is ALWAYS clean! This is a preferred location!!!

The food is as good as it used to be. Recently the service was not as great, but today was good. The store was clean, service was good and my favorite ingredients (avocado, chicken etc) was not sparse.

I have no complaints. The food is good, the atmosphere is soothing, and you can really relax. At the same time it totally works for work lunch meetings. Update. Lately, post covid-19, I find that I have to wait a while for my food. Order ahead on the app or online. You even safe a couple dollars sometimes when doing so. But be prepared to wait. My favorite is the Mediterranean Grain Bowl with chicken.

I ordered the Asian Sesame salad and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Both flavorful and staff was very friendly. I love this location. I’ve given up on the Bay Plaza location long ago.

This Panera Bread is located in Pelham Manor. I was there Thursday afternoon about 3. The team leader is fantastic. Wonderful attitude and his staff seemed to like working with him. The folks who made my beautiful sandwich and served me are outstanding. That tomato basil bread!?! Get it! Now!

The food is fresh, the staff is friendly, the seating area is enormous. The bakery area is dangerous if you have no will power like me! Highly recommend the poppy chicken salad!

Great place. I only come here on Tuesday for the bagel deals . Half off.. staff does a great job. Very clean. Smells great.

My go to everyday for my chipotle avocado chicken sandwich 😁and my apple fuji chicken salad😋.The atmosphere just peaceful and relaxing

Food was ok. Panera bread has gotten super expensive. Their servicing seem to have shrunk too. And all the money you spend you have to get your food no more food someone bringing the food for you. Panera is a once in a while for us. Then we tried to join the rewards program and uou had to pay for it, lol. Yeah no thanks.

Iced coffee is delicious but finding the ice and a lid to cover it seemed a little daunting. Great choice of coffees though. Mix em up!
