We have been ordering the same 2 smoothies for over a year avg. 5 per week @ $8 ea so we have an idea of how they're supposed to taste as well the color should be consistent each time. For the past 3 months it's been terrible at best. The customer service as well as the smoothies. Once again today

this was AWFUL. my quesadilla came in all smooshed up there was no cheese… JUST chicken it was terrible. my flatbread had no chicken no sauce Just lettuce i asked for no tomatoes and what did i get tomatoes i got no bacon my smoothie was watery, i’ll never spend my money at this location ever AGAIN

For some reason their always out of things. I literally travel to the Tropical Smoothie in Flowood so I can get a better experience. Pearl is honestly just poorly managed. Workers are nice though.
