I want to give multiple reviews but settled on just this one. I was in Publix today and checked out at 3:30. I say this in hopes management sees this review. I had about 30 items in my cart. It was ridiculously quiet for this Publix on a Saturday. I went to get in a 10 or less aisle and realized

They act like they never seen a black man before. Let alone using a EBT card in that area. From the employee to the customer. I really felt unwanted there. I don't think I'll be back any time soon. It was ultra clean though.

I always enjoy shopping at this location. It's convenient to stop on my way home from work. No wonder my checking account is so depleted of funds.

I'm a huge Publix shopper but there's always one cashier that likes to rush you when completing a transaction by tapping your fingernails or beating on a surface is just rude and disrespectful to your customers. Show some professionalism.

Love their BOGOs! Shelves always stocked and clean and deli/sub area always fresh & staff courteous. Love the bakery!

They not only carry many gluten free, organic and dairy free foods but they also have a lot of them either on sale or had coupons for them in their weekly or monthly sales ad. Deli counter is unbelievably unreliable. Orders get lost and are never in time. And they are super slow..... Cannot recommend

My experience with Publix has always been excellent. The stores are all organized and clean; their employees are very helpful. Kroger could learn lessons from Publix. My choice is always Publix. Ty for caring.
