The customer service was phenomenal and the staff was great to my family and I. That part we enjoyed, however the 3 stars is due to the fact that the food needs improvements. The ribs tasted as if they were boiled before being baked in order to seem tender, and the rest of our meals were average. Ye
My party of 7 came for a birthday dinner and we loved our experience. Our server Carlos was excellent, and provided great recommendations, but everyone at the table enjoyed their meals.

Bartender was great! Oysters were okay the spinach was a weird combo with the type of cheese used. The fish (cant remember ) was great, good flavor. The steak was cook at the right temperature although it didn't have much flavor, asparagus we're good and the potatoes were okay.The octopus was tender
Loved the gatorbites (appetizer)and salmon. My partner didn't love the bbq sauce that smothered the meatloaf. He loved the meatloaf itself without the sauce. Otherwise loved our waiter and ambience.
Food was great, service was great on my first visit. The second visit however was very bad, several of the dishes that came out for our table were cold the oysters was way over cooked and another item was just plain burnt. She crab soup was good both times
