Wetzel's Pretzels

Well, Wetzel's Pretzels at the Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA did it again! They refused to give my two sons and I free pretzels even though their menu flashed behind them “Free pretzels for all! National Pretzel Day!” They told us we had to buy something. “Well that’s not free...” told them. Then they finally gave me one but refused to give my other son one. I said “That isn’t what the sign says “free pretzel(S) for ALL!” This shop has ruined National Pretzel Day for my two boys and I two years in a row as they did the same thing last year! I shouldn’t have to beg in front of my kids for something they are offering on their menu and websites for free! I don’t want to be humiliated and embarrassed every year in front of my children. It broke their hearts when the workers kept saying no to free pretzels like the big screens said!

The employees from today November 09 2017 at 12pm from North shore Mall are very VERY VERY rude the star should be CERO. I wanted to buy something for my baby and I and I saw there were cinnamon samples I took two samples one for me and one for my baby the employee said to me in a bad actitud: is just one per costumer DONT TAKE MORE. So I didn't buy anything. Very bad acctitud I won't buy never again here. DON'T BUY HERE.

Employees were giving cinnamon samples I took one sample and the employee very rude told me I can have just one .......?? I just took one !!!! my intention was to buy a bag of pretzels but I told her because her attitude I won't buy never again the product , you should train your employees and tech them how to sell the product and make customer to buy the pretzels . 11/9/2017 Peabody Ma , mall
