Taste Of Italy

The bread was cold and hard. The mozzarella frittatas were not hot, not cold either but, were ok. Our lasagna... i guess we were expecting more. It wasn't even hot. You know how you go to other places and the food is actually hot, even the plate?!. Not here. We order a kids pizza for my son and well, it was ok (he said Domino's is better and i don't blame him). I'm sorry, we really wanted to like this place. But even the service was just ok. Bad day maybe?! At least the wine was good

Had a family reunion here at Bertucci's in Peabody the beginning of February in the private room. The event coordinator, Susan was extremely helpful and flexible which made it it very easy for us to plan. Although a bit short staffed on that Saturday night our waitress Tracy could not have been more accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Food was great, service was exceptional, great venue venue for an event like this

The service was above and beyond. It was very busy and they were short staffed but you would never had known. Our waitress Fran was absolutely attentive and didn't try to rush us out the door just because they had two different large party's going on. Thank you again Fran for your excellent service!!!! She also brought my husband a piece of cake for his birthday.

We had a wonderful experience at the 15 Newbury St Bertuccis! Our server, Sharon had a great sense of humor and was knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions. The food was delicious & with huge portions. We will certainly return again when in the area! There was another young man who brought us drinks & bread who was super helpful with a great personality as well. What assets both these servers are to your team!

Victoria was our waitress and she is the very BEST hands down!!! She was very pleasant,efficient,courteous and smiled all along. She also made sure we had everything we needed..we didn't want for anything :) The food was great as usual and thank you to the manager for making the rolls extra soft for my jaw! We will definitely be back and will also be sure to ask for Victoria and you should too!!!
