The Nexmex Thing

Went on a snowy day, was a little irritated that the online order said it would be ready in 20 and it took 50 minutes. But I was definitely not disappointed by the food. Got the street corn and two chimichangas- all of it was tasty and fresh. Be prepared to spend a bit more than other places, but it's worth it.

I will start by saying that today was the 1st time I ordered from here. The place it self has a very nice and cozy atmosphere. Loved how it is decorated. Ordered chorizo and steak tacos. The chorizo tacos where our of this world... The steak... 3 out of maybe. Just the chorizo tacos would have earned them a 5 out 5 stars but........ A 30 minute wait on tacos ended up being closer to 55 minutes 🤬😡🤬... Maybe it was Friday after and they got caught of guard... However you are supposed to under promised and over deliver. I will be giving them a second chance.

We were having a last minute (20 person) gathering for a birthday party. I contacted other Mexican places to do a catering order but none could fulfill on such short notice. When I called Nex Mex, they were not only happy to do it, but were able to meet all our needs within our price range for our taco bar. The food was an absolute hit -- everyone asked where it was from and loved the selection provided. On time, great options and great food. Definitely recommend for catering needs.
