Took a grandson for pizza tonight. He wanted pepperoni with extra cheese. He said is was the best pizza ever! The hubby and I shared a factory special and loved it. Crust is great, toppings are fresh and plentiful. We loved it.
We are from Phoenix and got pizza on our way through town too take for dinner our first night camping. First time they accidentally gave our pizza away but they made it right with us. Second time i got my favorite double pepperoni and it was perfect! Tons of pepperoni. As long as they keep making it like that I'll get pizza here whenever we drive through to camp! The ranch is the awesome kind too, homemade, not pre bought. We stayed at kohls ranch this last time and it was still hot when we got back to the room.
We ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, and cheesy bread.$80. Including the tip. We Loved the salad it was very fresh. The garlic cheesy bread was very good and much smaller than what we would’ve expected. There were six of us and we each got one piece. The pizza was average. We ordered an Italian Sausage Mushroom and Onion. It was loaded with mushroom and onion however we could count the pieces of Italian sausage-barely one piece per slice. The crust was good and baked perfectly, however the lack of Italian sausage which had amazing flavor, was disappointing. The ranch was also good.

We came here after a long day of wheeling in Payson. The photos online convinced us that we couldn’t turn down their BBQ chicken pizza. The staff was friendly, the place was cozy, and they even had an arcade. What a win!
Our pizza was fast, delicious, and the cheese was nice and gooey. They also had the parm and red pepper shakers on the table, which was the first time I’ve seen them since the pandemic. It was AMAZING to have full control of my red pepper and parm intake. No tiny packets here. 💪🏽💪🏽
My husband and I have been coming here for about 6 or 7 years now. We drive from East Mesa just to get a Pizza Factory pizza. I've been eating here since I was a little girl, stopping on every trip down. I thought it would be fun to keep it in the family and get my husband hooked early 😉 Never had a bad pizza here...highly doubt I ever will. Best pizza in Arizona, hands down. The crust is AMAZING and their ingredients fresh! Heck, we drive an hour an half just for the pie. We love you Pizza Factory! Thanks for being "our spot".
We love stopping by Pizza Factory when we are in Payson. We just watched Spiderman and were hungry. 8 of us dined in and got a few of the specials. It was delicious and I love there cute decor (mustaches on their napkins) but I forgot to get pictures of the outside, inside or menu. Only 1 picture of the fabulous XL Meat pizza, loaded with toppings, but still a nice crispy crust. Our group also got the XL pepperoni pizza breadsticks and boneless wings. Fast service, great food, one soda was out of syrup at the soda fountain and staff changed it immediately. Plenty of places to sit, 3 different rooms, very clean, moderately busy and great pizza! Give them a try when you are in Payson!
A MUST TRY if your in/near/going through Payson!!:) Pizza is fresh and delicious! LOVE the breadsticks. Kids had a blast in the arcade area and with the .25 cent machines
You can't cook every night...or maybe you can but I can't! The food was good, delivery was very quick and the price was great. Was going to order from the national pizza chain up here because it's "easy" but glad I ordered from here instead. There is a nice selection on the menu.
