Keystone Pizza

Horrible service. Plenty of workers, so that was not the issue. The young workers were way more interested in talking to each other then taking care of their customers. We had a full punch card for a free pizza, order our pizza, two salad bars and two drinks. We got our salads, drinks and waited a good 40 minutes for our pizza, I went up asked status was told coming out of oven in two minutes. Watched two people that came in after us get there pizzas to go and I went to check again amd was asked if I was yhe people that walked out, I said No and they said oh we will get the made for you. We left and will never return. I have been going there for 20+ years but the service continues to get worse and worse.

Favorite place since I was little perhaps 10 years . Asked of an estimate on a size of a pizza , this employee was a guy & said “I don’t have time to answer your question “ and simply hanged up with attitude and hung up in the middle of me ordering . Such a horrible service now days. Asked to speak to the manager & idk if it was or not . I told her the situation and she said “well we are in the middle of lunch “ ok and that’s your way of giving service on hanging up on customers while ordering ?? Yea ..No . Goodbye .

Took my kiddos here for some Sunday fun for the first time, and the had a really great time. Their pizza is pretty delicious, it was clean; while we were using the arcade games there was plenty of sanitizing going on, which was great! The young ladies working were very sweet and very helpful. We will definitely be back in the future. Fun for all ages!

I took my wife out for pizza at Keystone on 3/18/2022 at 8:25pm and we were greeted at the door and asked if we were there for a pick up. I said no we would like to come in and dine. We were told the lobby was already closed and we could take one to go. That is not the point of dinning in. Kid asked me if I Googled the open time's or looked on Facebook. Told him Google. Oh ya Google is wrong but Facebook is correct. Went to Facebook nothing about take out only or dinning room hours. Nothing posted on door either. So dissapointed in Keystone in Payette.
