Great place for Italian food in Pawleys. And open when a lot of other places on the island are closed. Tracy who was behind the bar is a gem. Will definitely be back.

Wow wow what a great dinner! We found a beautiful restaurant at GIO'S and can't wait to come back. My 9 year old ate lasagna for the first time and ENJOYED it. Natalya was our server and she was super duper. Thank you! !

Honestly, this jersey girl was slightly leery about trying an Italian restaurant in SC. But WOW WOW WOW!!! Fresh and delicious food and cocktails. We will most definitely be back. My fave: chicken saltimbocca with a cucumber martini. Crazy delicious!

Atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, staff was exceptionally professional. Food quality is good, but not great. Small touches like room-temp bread, cold butter, and small portions on anything seafood related could be improved. The prices are very reasonable and overall it was a pleasant experience that I would recommend.

First time there. Had the buratta caprese. Was so fresh . Also had lobster ravioli which was filled with real lobster meat. There's so much on the menu; so plenty to look forward to going back for. Was treating my sister for her birthday and there was 3 of us.

Environment, service, and food was phenomenal. Beautiful outside patio, knowledgeable and polite waiter. This is the best food I’ve ever had in my life I felt like I was communing with higher powers through this dish. Pricey but sooo worth it.

Sat at the very nice and cozy bar. Flatbread was great, loved the food presentations. My only disappointment was, that of the five beers on tap, four were lagers, the other Blue Moon. Really wish the management would add an IPA to the stable, that would make it perfect. But we’ll definitely be back.

We had a great meal and our server Lily was very nice and knowledgeable. The bar must of been backed up because it definitely took a while to get our wine. We ordered wine and an appetizer at the same time. We received our appetizer, which was delicious, and finished it and the table bread before our wine ever arrived. Our meals we very good and great portions. The atmosphere was really fantastic, almost higher end but they welcomed casual. We will be back to this place for sure.

Gios recently did our rehearsal dinner for our September wedding and it was absolutely FABULOUS! We all left very well fed and the food was outstanding. We had caprese salads, meatballs, calamari and house salads for our appetizers and the steak entree, chicken parm, and bolognese for the entrees. Everything was top notch. The servers went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience and I loved every part of our time at Gios! The owner Ehri was easy to communicate with and so kind and we would gladly host something here again in a heartbeat.

Just happened upon this restaurant and so glad we did! Food was excellent and service was excellent! Darius was a great server. Would recommend the piccata for sure! Kids loved their food too. Definitely coming back!!

Wonderful experience. Our table had several dishes. The salads were a bit small but were yummy and fresh. The house blue cheese was Amazing! Even the gal joining us who hates blue cheese actually enjoyed it. The bread and oil was nice to nibble while sipping our wines. The shrimp and scallops linguini were so delicious as was the lobster ravioli. The sauce was so fresh and flavorful. We ordered the tiramisu and cheesecake and they were both decadent. A lovely, filling and yummy experience all around.

We had dinner here a few weeks ago with my whole family. Everything was great, from the hostess, Makayla, who greeted us so pleasantly to our server Lilly who was wonderful in helping us make the right choices. My wife has celiac and Lilly went through the list of what was available to make her super comfortable. The food was amazing, even the GF noodles were delicious and that can be hard to achieve. What a great experience, needless to say we will be back!

Charity our sever was so very accommodating to our every need, the whole meal was a 5+! Entres took a little while to come out but the steam was rising, piping hot and well worth the wait!

We arrived at Ginos (our first time)at approx 5pm it was a little quiet and was Assured by the hostess it was going to get very busy Ginos always does. We chose to sit at the bar and Chandler greeted us with a big smile and immediately made us feel at home. My husband requested a Manhattan (which btw Chandler nailed ) I had my vodka and club. The menu was not large but every item sounded delicious and OMG the food it fabulous. I actually thought I was back in Long Island NY. Our appetizer we has the meatball gino (OUT OF THIS WORLD YUM!!!!) and the mozerella coroza. Sauce is very good the meatballs had a sauce with a touch of cream. Both were very good but thise meatballs ROCKED! For my entree I had the Chicken Scallopine with fettuccine with a cream sauce. The chicken was so tender the sauce complemented the chicken and fettuccine I didnt want to stop eating.YUM YUM YUM. My husband had the Veal Milanese which was stacked high wtth the salad but not too much to over power the veal. Veal was tender and salad so good! Sorry we were too full to have desert But will say Chandler is a great bartender never let the drinks sit too long empty her service a quick but not so it was annoyinging. On top of keeping up with her bar and the the tsble drink requests and her bar tables you never really saw her missing. Never missed a request. Thank you Chandler for making our first time at Gino's a memorable one and we have found our new FAVORITE Italian restaurant! Oh forgot to mention we told Chandker we were from Georgetown and check out what she did the olive oil.Thanks again Chandler!

Decided to check out Gios for dinner. Did a reservation on line, very easy to do. Extensive wine list, good beer selection. We tried the halibut Mediterranean and the Scallops Provencial. Both were very flavorful and delicious. Portions were good size, no room for dessert. Chris took good care of us Would recommend

The food is outstanding! The place is small, so go early or make reservations. The atmosphere is OK. It does need updated in my opinion to make the dining experience more pleasurable, but the food is why you go there. We have been going to Pawley's Island for many years, and this was a new find for us. Their seafood pasta was outstanding. On our second visit, I ordered the veal parmesan. Outstanding!

Excellent! Pasta made locally. Fresh ingredients. A must if you enjoy Italian cuisine. Highly recommend. Another location coming to Myrtle Beach soon!
