Handwritten directions by an owner that obviously cares most about service.... You don't find that many places today!! And incredible seafood to boot. My tip.... Get the hog shrimp!! The best!

The broiler crabcakes are less cake, and all crab--succulent mounds of fresh crab and no discernible filler, each nestled in its own little broiler tin--just pop 'em in the oven for 15 minutes or so until they're a little brown on top. Easy! And better than you'll get in a restaurant at twice the price. Yum!

I just had the best lunch ever! The crab cake was moist and delicious! The shrimp bisque, hush puppies, Mac and cheese and platter were perfect. We drove from Cherry Hill area to Red Bank Battlefield then to this place for heavenly food! Also, people who work here are sweethearts. Hope to bring my kids back soon!!

First time for us today. Steve was extremely helpful. Showing us various offerings and explaining them to us. As a matter of fact the entire staff were beyond pleasant. So far the raw clams on the half shell were fresh and perfectly cut from the shell. Our first clam cake was enjoyable. Cannot wait for dinner when we share the crab bisque and fried oysters and shrimp po' boys. Definitely will be back as they have many appetizing choices.

Absolutely delicious!! We ordered a little bit of everything and then some to go. The food is amazing, the staff is really nice. There are only 3-4 tables to sit at, most people order food to go. They stay busy (which is super telling of a business). We found our new favorite seafood place!

We buy blue point crabs, shrimp basket, hush puppies and New England clam chowder. We have never been disappointed they are the best in South Jersey. John's Seafood is worth the trip.

When I walked in, the 1st thing I noticed were no strong fish or frying smells. The place was very clean & neat. The staff was very nice & the whole atmosphere was pleasant. They offer a large variety of seafood & sides. As a vegetarian I was pleased to see a good number of sides that I could eat.You can eat in or take out. I didn’t order anything for myself but will next time. My husband ordered the jumbo shrimp with potato wedges to go. Coleslaw was included. The food was cooked to order & the wait was only 10-15 minutes. He said everything was very fresh & expertly cooked. He’s looking forward to trying more items. We’ll definitely be back often!
