Review Nino Gervasi's Restaurant - Paulsboro

Fairly good food, the main course came out on a cold bowl and food along sides cool, just center food hot. Lump cran on it was actually cold for many pieces. Suggest warming plates and making sure food is hot. The appetizer was fine and hot. Lemon cake not so lemon, expecting a good lemon flavor but did not get. Overall ok with some improvements possible.

Went here for my dad's birthday. Do not let the parking lot fool you. The inside of this place is well kept, nice decor. Now on to what your here for. The food is outstanding, followed by great beverages. Even the appetizers are spot on and generous portions of the plenty. Every part of each dish had paid attention to detail. I couldn't finish everything and was just as good the next day. The prices won't leave your wallet empty and did not see a dress code. Come hungry because everything on the menu is fantastic. Plus if you do not see it on the menu, just ask. They are very very accommodating!!! Will be back for sure!!

Had such an amazing experience here with my husband! Everything was top notch from the apps to the drinks to the entrées. The staff are all friendly and attentive, really feels like a traditional Italian family atmosphere. Shout out to Michelle the owner for running such an amazing restaurant!

This is definitely a neighborhood go-to place. The remodel is really beautiful. The waitresses are always wonderful and friendly. I had the appetizer special that was seared scallops over risotto with corn and crispy shiitake mushrooms. WOW! It was big enough for an entree! I was totally full. It was an incredible dish! The corn added a sweet and crunchy note to the risotto that was perfectly cooked and creamy. The mushrooms added an extra dimension. With food this good, you should go!! It's a new Gervasi's! Upscale dining in the burbs. Excellent!

I’ve never had a bad meal here until a few weeks ago. I ordered take out on a Friday night, two orders of gnocchis and a cannoli ($65).The gnocchis were so bland and had absolutely no flavor at all. I was so disappointed because I love this place. Unfortunately the best part of the meal was the cannoli.

We were there for a luncheon after a family funeral. I am not from the area and I wasn't sure what to expect based upon the outside appearance and abandoned strip mall that it's in. The inside has been updated and very nice. The food was amazing. The bruschetta was one of the best that I've had. Our table got a second helping as the kids didn't eat theirs. I'm very particular about meatballs and but generally try them at places and am always disappointed. Not at Nino's. I went back for seconds. They were delicious.

Was there for a funeral luncheon and the food and accommodations were excellent and the staff was very attentive and so nice. We had a delicious buffet of porkette, spinach ravioli, lemon chicken and a great tossed salad. All the extras that you would want were on the buffet (sharp Provolone, grated cheese, broccoli rabe, fried long Italian hot peppers). And a beautiful dessert table. Don't hesitate to book your event here. A++
