Papa John's Pizza

Poor phone service employees have “no access to online orders and cannot help” they transfer you to manager but manager never answers and you get hung up on. All i wanted to do was avoid the ling wait time and pick up my order instead not wait 2 hours and have my food be cold its not fair to me or my family.

This is the worst papa John's location I've ever dealt with. This is the second time after waiting for almost an hour and a half for my delivery. I called and got hung up on 3 times just to know how long it was gonna be and then I decided to cancel it. And I gave them one star because there wasn't any thing there to rate them worse

Had a huge problem with my delivery driver. Not only was it well over an hour and a half after making an online order that my wife went there and asked about our order, one of the workers claimed that it was out for delivery so my wife came home. 40 minutes later still NOTHING!! I called more times than I can count and no one picked up the phone i eventually decided to god there myself and apparently my order was never sent out bc it was just packaged as I was arriving there! I was fuming!!!! After speaking with the manager (seemed like a decent dude) he told me my next order will be on the house. In the end the pizza was as good as always so only for that and my next order being free am I giving them 4 stars!
