Very disappointed in this place. Placed an order on the phone and received the wrong order. I requested for a refund and was told no unless i bring the bagels back that took about a hour to get to me. Then was told to hold the wrong bagels that were sent and wait for the driver to take another hour to bring the right bagels. Very very disappointed in this bagel shop and i will no longer be supporting this business. And i am very unhappy with their customer service.

Placed a order from uber eats for a grilled ceaser wrap it was the most disgusting wrap i ever had the chicked was so burnt and dry the croutons were stale and the wrap was not heated or toasted at all very dissatisfied with this wrap i had to throw itt away who ever cooked today Saturday January 9th at 10 am should be fired nothing aboutbthat wrap was acceptable and thats a damn shame that you thought it was you lost a customer

Had a a Egg and Cheese with Onion and Peppers! As well as turkey bacon on the side. The turkey bacon was fire! It was crispy and salty as all turkey bacon should be. The eggs were rubbery but the flavor was there. I wish the had mozzarella cheese as an option.
