Uptown Deli & Grill

I always order from this place good great food and all but they have this young girl now answering the phone who has an attitude and is lazy. I call to order either breakfast and lunch once and a blue and have them deliver to my office this big medical practice. She p/u phone takes my order and then ask for our address and then says hold on has me on hold for 10min never comes back. Its ridiculous and unprofessional. Idk if maybe someone in my office maybe left a bad taste in her mouth or something but all I wanted is food to eat due to me not being able to make breakfast before I came in to work. So I will never call this place again until she be spoken to and corrected or whateva. There is a nice guy who usually anwswer and he is very nice and professional and my food always be delivered safe. But with her working there never again!!

I ordered a “Meat lovers omelette” on a Sunday morning super excited to eat and they asked if I wanted everything and I say “yeah” I get my order it was literally scrambled eggs with some bacon strips I wasn’t that mad to the point where if I took a picture of that mockery, it would have change the degree of this story and enter a realm of no return, just know I felt deceived. I guess the home fries were good tho. (Today was that Sunday morning)

Come thru.. This the place i work.. I make a wonderful turkey melt, chicken melt, tuna melt.. Its summer, so u dnt want heavy food.. A delicious melt on toast'd roll, or bread, a bag of chips, and a ice cold refreshing bottle of water.. That is definitely a summer time meal..
