Keep away from this location. I submitted an official complaint to McDonalds corporation and franchise owner. The employees are running a scheme. If you pay cash they hike up the price and keep the receipt. Exp they charged me $19 for my two meals and kept the receipt despite me requesting it several times via drive thru. The cashier said they needed the receipt in order to make my meals and asked me to park and wait. Also they only rang up one meal but charged for two. I found the small grill receipt/slip inside the bag when I got home. The employees are deceiving, thieves, rude and need to get fired. For now skip this location.

Disrespectfull , discriminative , racially motivate bad management all the same people running a business like they house. I was at the drive thru and someone telling me to come inside and I parked my car and arrived at the door, trying to get inside and a store employe is blocking me. Telling me the store is closed and I can't get inside, while they are people inside eating and drinking.. What's kind of manager is that ? She was inside watching the scene and didn't even say something ,even we are sorry!, of course ! Arrogance and too much pride.. !! She just throw me , the package!! Here we go! Also! This place is so guetto ,a lot of crackhead at night, harassing you for couple dollars!!! Bad lady manager!!! So unprofessional!!

This place should get no stars. I'm in town with a bunch of people for work we all went there and it was horrible. The 2 people working didn't wanna take our orders we stood there for 20 mins and then we're rude when they finally did. The only reason we stayed cuz there's nothing else open when we got off. Then the food was nasty after waiting all that time.

Disgusting customer service. Unorganized, half don't speak English. Night shift spanish manager yelling over the intercom. Unprofessional, and each time I come here, never fails to amaze me how low class this particular franchise is. I don't recommend, don't bother with the horrible location. FYI. CRACKHEADS CONSTANTLY HARASS YOU ONCE YOU ENETR PARKING LOT.

I went yesterday to this McDonalds on Central Avenue and they are NOT Customer Service Saavy, meaning that need lessons on how to speak to the public. They also need to speak English because you are in America!!!!! She also charged me for the Ronald McDonald House Charity without asking me if I would like to donate to the charity. You Do NOT take any money off for any Charity off of a customer’s receipt without asking them first. This McDonald’s is very expensive because they are owned separately like every McDonald’s is. They charged me $3.99 for large fries and $3.99 for a medium shake plus tax and the Ronald McDonalds Charity that they did NOT ask me if I wanted to donate or not Total bill $9.00 which IS Ridiculous You can go to another place in Passaic and get better food for this So CHECK your receipt You are better off going to the McDonald’s on Dayton Avenue they are also owned by a different owner and they are $1.00 cheaper and they speak English there and they DO ask you if you want to donate to the Ronald McDonald House Charity
