I placed an order for a half a sheet cake (to serve 40+ people) for an event in May in APRIL! I paid on the same day I placed the order. A week prior to my event, I called to make sure they had my order and that it would be ready for May 7th. I came the day I requested to pick the cake up, just for the staff to say they never made my cake! I received no apologies, just a rude “we will cancel your order and issue a refund.” DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I will never trust this place ever again and I will recommend everybody to look elsewhere there are more reliable and professional places, I placed an order that was extremely important and time sensitive I even placed it the day before which I was told was more than enough time, their answer was when I got there they didn’t put it to the side so you’re going to have to wait several hours to get your cake. How ridiculous is that and then don’t even get me started with how horrible the service is here, I’ll put it nicely “THEY DONT CARE” wether it’s there mistake! Go to Capy literally right down the street and to my opinion a lot better in taste, it’s way fresher! Hopefully this rating helps you!

Chantilly makes one of the best cakes in town. But here is why they only get 3 stars 1. The staff there needs to work more on customer service and customer care 2. They are pricey Things they can not control are location They are located in down town passaic heavy traffic on that side of town and the sma plaza they are in has no parking it makes it hard to visit this cake place
