Environment was really friendly, and customer service was really warm and friendly, I will totally come here more often!
The food was really good, I loved their sushi and the food came out very quickly.
The servers as well could speak Spanish! So it was really nice!!!
The only thing I wish they had was music, but it was fine, they were really attentive with serving us!!! ☺️
Feb 27th, The food was amazing, and our waitress was so sweet and the place was so well decorated, I loved the interior. Recommend to everyone ❤😊 EDIT: April 28th, I went here two months ago, but I tried this place again, it was the same, very good. This time a tried chicken ramen with miso flavoring, it was very good. Our waitress was very kind and helpful, and the miso soup was amazing, always will be my favorite! I recommend this place to everyone.

This place is a textbook definition of “more than meets the eye”. First, just walking into the restaurant was a treat itself; the decor is stunning and the atmosphere is fantastic. By looking at the front door, I did not expect the restaurant to be so spacious.
The most important part though, is the food quality, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Compared to other sushi restaurants like Aki Sushi, which is already very good in my opinion, this place is superior. We tried many signature dishes as well as some Udon and it was amazing. The presentation of the food had awesome art on the plates and the portion size did not feel like they were being stingy with the ingredients. Flavor was fresh and fantastic! That soft shell crab hit different 😫
Last, but definitely not least, the service was top notch. My family finally got the chance to go eat dinner and showed up at around 8:45, which we felt bad about, considering that they close at about 9:30. Regardless they were extremely friendly, presented the food in a timely manner, and continued to give amazing service. We didn’t feel rushed to leave even though it was nearing closing time.
I usually don’t care about giving reviews like this, but I’m a huge sushi fan and they definitely deserved at least a comment. To the staff, sorry about keeping you all past your closing time, and thank you for the awesome dinner!

This is the restaurant my family asks for all the time. The Angry Dragon has crab salad on top, is sweet & sour in flavor profile. The Pasco Roll has seared salmon on top, cream cheese, and jalapeno in the middle, this is our most favorite roll. The Lobster Deluxe is Really good too, lobster in the middle, and avocado. The Hawaii Roll had pineapple & the flavor was really good. The Calamari appetizer is super tender and has a great dipping sauce. The veggie tempura, spicky kani salad, and the fried crab dumplings are yummy for appetizers. Salmon belly sashimi is wonderful. Thai iced tea & Ramunes are refreshing for drinks.The teriyaki chicken lunch or dinner comes with soup, salad with the most amazing dressing, and rice... my daughters favorite because she doesnt eat seafood. I liked the clear soup, was a brown color with mishroom in it.
This is THE best place for Sushi. The employees are friendly & the ambiance cant be beat. Even the takeout meals are packeged beautifully & taste good when u get home.
We have tried the new york strip & shrimp hibachi combo, medium with dried rice on the side. Was the best steak I have had at a sushi joint.
The appetizer and the sushi rolls we ordered were yummy. The atmosphere was nice, cute decor inside. The service was quick and friendly.

My wife and I have gone here for over a year now, and it has been our absolute favorite sushi restaurant since we first tried it. We make an effort when traveling to try new sushi restaurants, whether it be in tri cities, Las Vegas, or even Mexico, and nobody has come close to matching the sushi at Nikko. The service is always great, the food arrives very quickly, and it's always been delicious. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful, we love seeing them whenever we come in for our regulars of the Golden California, Angel Roll, Foxy Lady Roll, and whichever new roll we decide to try on that visit. Nikko is our absolute favorite place to go for sushi. ❤️
It is the perfect place. Everything is really amazing and the boss lady is the nicest person ever! The waiters are so sweet and fast as well
Great food and very reasonably priced, ended up ordering way too much since I did not realize that the 7-10$ rolls are fairly large, so had a lot of left overs. Everything was delicious and fresh. Would definitely recommend
I ate here for the first time today. It was my nephew's 18th birthday. We tried a myriad of the great many choices here. Everything was perfectly delicious! The staff and service were amazing as well! I would definitely recommend this place, and I will be back!
This place is delicious. We go here from West Richland. The fish are always fresh. Food is great and the serving is more than we expected. The staffs are very nice and pleasant. Hamachi kama is our favorite. Sushi are always a delight. I don't have a pic of Hamachi Kama coz we gobbled it up. The katsu is awesome

I think this is a pretty good sushi place for the Tri-Cities area. Definitely scratches the itch for sushi when you’re craving it. The prices are pretty good and reasonable and they’ve got a pretty good draft list. If I’m in the Tri-Cities I’ll definitely consider adding this to my return list.

Wife and I love Nikkos, they are very consistent with their service and food. We have never had any issues with them ever since they’ve opened.
Excellent sushi, Excellent service, with a really nice atmosphere. We ordered the salmon roll, Alaska roll, spider roll, and the golden California roll and all were prepared with perfection. Their jasmine tea is loose leaf and steeped in a very large pot. What stood out the most was how fresh their sushi is. This is our new favorite restaurant in the Tri Cities area!!
