Was not very impressed with this place. My first time eating there. I have to say they were the worst fries I've ever had they were so soggy, the bacon cheeseburgers I ordered you can hardly taste anything on them. The bun taste like they were dry. I even ordered a shake and the machine was down. Going think I'll be going there ever again. I'll stick to white castles.

Every time I go there the service gets worse. Went tonight and sat inside well the dude took our order but didn’t ask if I wanted a drink so when he walked back over from the drive thru window I asked for a tea he then ROLLS HIS EYES and added it the ticket…then yelled”omg” when someone else drove up to the drive thru to order. If you don’t want to work then don’t get a job I get everyone has a bad day but that’s unprofessional and honestly I don’t wanna go back the Krystal’s we’re soggy and the hot dog looked like it had been cooked at 2 in the afternoon

It's been 10 years since I last had Krystal. It'll be 30 more before I try it again. Disgusting. Food tasted old, the apple pie was chewy stale and stuck to the inside of the box, the staff moped around mumbling, barely hit the burger with the mustard so most of it was contained in one bite or all inside the box, Nashville hot tasted like it was fried in grease recycled from a waffle house grease trap, then left under a warmer for 8 hours Not a single thing was good except the coke.
