Very slow service and they always get the order wrong. I got a chicken pot pie the last time I went and there was no chicken in the pot pie. Then on another visit I went inside to ask them to fix a mistake they made and I received a very bad attitude like I was in the wrong for asking them to do there job.

I just bought the chicken tenders meal from the drive thru. When I got home, the Mac and cheese was only half of a serving and had brown crusty stuff in it. The chicken tasted like the cooking oil that it was cooked in hadn’t been changed in a month. I couldn’t finish the meal. I did not get a receipt, so I don’t know where else to complain so that the store owner sees this. I usually order from this store every week, and they have been consistently getting worse. Rude employees and always messing up the order. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location for some time.

It's been a very long time since I had KFC. It took about 25 minutes to get my food, but I wasn't in a rush. The bucket looked like a pile of slop. I got original recipe, and the skin/crust had almost all slid off the chicken and laying in a heap on the side. The flavor was still good, but geez, what a mess. I ordered a chocolate cake, too. Tried cutting into it after we ate... Darn thing was frozen solid. Fries were cooked perfectly, though. Biscuits were off, maybe stale? I'll try again, but I hope to have some better chicken next time.

Brian the manager was very nice to talk with. He runs his store with nothing but professionalism. His employees were nothing but the best. I having retail management experience was very impressed with the way how well Mr. Brian runs this store. I have been coming here for years, but the service that I have received lately is 5-star service. It's also the cleanest KFC store that I've seen. Job well done Brian, I hope KFC appreciates & recognizes how really good you are. As I left Brian said thanks for coming & hope to see you back soon, I reply " you have a nice store here" he said Thanks !!

Wish I didn't have to give them any stars. The night shift is always so unpleasant, rude, short with customers and put zero effort into making your order correct. They turn the lights out 15-30 minutes before closing. And will never make more of anything they're out of if it's within 2 hours of closing.

I absolutely HATE coming here !!! I do GrubHub and sometimes I get sent here to pick up orders. If it didn't affect me I would decline with a quickness. They are EXTREMELY slow, the slowest KFC I've ever been to in Maryland. Last time I had to come here I waited 25 minutes just to be told I'd have to wait another 20 minutes for biscuits ???? That's 45 minutes of my time wasted. I'm not sure what the issue is but please fix it or just close this location altogether.

Rude employees, complaining about their job in front of customers, making fun of customers for asking for the “original recipe” when they don’t have it ready, long waits, everytime I come it’s genuinely unpleasant. As a dasher I try to be as kind and understanding as I possibly can, but this KFC ranks at the top in the amount of rude employees causing an unpleasant experience. Genuinely feel scared to pick up orders from here since I know the employees will give me attitude. They also dislike how dashers “show up early” even though we have a set time to arrive. Made fun of an older lady WHILE SHE WAS IN THE DINING ROOM waiting for her chicken. Unprofessional to say the least.

This kfc is the worst! Should be 0 stars. We were the only ones at the drive thru and there was no one inside. The minute we started ordering the guy had an attitude and it just kept getting worse until we had had enough and just left. He literally acted like he had a whole store full of people to deal with but it was just us. Hire better people with better attitudes cause this aint working. We keep trying this place but every time its been the worst experience with the worst people so i guess this will be our last experience here until they get better employees.
