I've certainly had better experiences at Taco Bell, even this location. Things were off with my most recent visit. Not sure if a staffing shortage is affecting their service, but I've never been disappointed to the point I was during my last visit.
Gave me the wrong order initially then had the audacity to give me an attitude for asking to have the cup along with the order. You’re already making me fill my own cup and wait 20 minutes for “fast food” with 10 of them excluding drive thru customers.
Taco Bell is a late night staple for us. After the bar or just a late meal.. good stuff. They could put more meat in their items but so could everywhere else.
Staff was extremely rude because I ordered a quesarito in person not know it was an "online exclusive." Even though the cashier rang me up the Manager made her cancel it and forced me to use the app to order the food.
