Nick's Pizza & Subs

Just ordered a pizza… with extra cheese. It definitely wasn’t extra cheese and was so dry because there was hardly any sauce on it. I called and asked if it was extra cheese and to let them know about the sauce and they could have cared less. Been a customer for years, since the original store… no more.

Please please give Mr. Pizza a chance before this place!! I tried to order delivery at 9:39pm on a Saturday night, when they close at 11pm. They told me they only did pick up only. WHAT?? You close at 11pm?? The food at Mr pizza food is excellent!! Very happy. Still new to the neighborhood and still figuring out who should earn my business. Also please stay away for vizzini’s also. Decent food but the customer service and delivery area is very limited. If Mr. pizza delivers to your house or you can pick it up, give them a try. Thanks

I called to order a meatball sub but asked for mozzarella cheese instead of provolone. The kid on the phone told me they couldn't do that. I've literally ordered this exact same sub from here dozens of times I asked him to check with his manager....the manager told the kid to tell me to leave him alone because he was eating. I've been coming to this place for years but now they've lost my business.

Ordered delivery tonight at around 9pm. The guy that answered the phone was so rude. I continued to place my order, and he gradually got more and more rude. My food arrived cold, and seemed to be prepped ahead and not cooked fresh! My daughter and I ordered cheesesteaks with extra cheese. We did not receive extra cheese that we paid for, and the sandwich was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted. My mozzarella sticks were greasy and cold. Seemed like there were barely flash fried! I should have known better by the attitude the guy gave me on the phone, as if I was bothering him! I even double checked to see what time they closed because I didn't want to be that person that places an order right before closing time. They didn't close for another hour, so why I received horrible service, and ice cold food is mind boggling. I will never return after this!

We order from this restaurant quite often. While it is true that there is a very unpleasant man who works there, the younger people are quite nice. I question the price charged because you cannot tell how old the menu on line is and how much items have went up. I placed an order of the menu that was listed as a special. The menu price shown was 20.99, I did ask for a small side of Cole slaw just enough for my sub not the size they give for a regular side, I know they charge for that and I asked for onion rings instead of fries which I know they also charge for. But my total was close to 28.00. For the two e tras I asked for to cost $6 or more, I don't think we will be ordering from them as often and they never put a receipt or updated menu in with our order. I added everything up st full price except 2 cans of soda because I don't see the price, but I figured at least a buck a can and including tax still don't know how they arrived at the price they charged. The subs have been very good more times than not but if you are a plain Jane and don't want anything but meat and cheese they they are skimpy.

Great service and cool people. We all order fast food and sometimes it is not right and we make a huge stink about it.Nick's pizza has always been super nice on the phone and food is always hot and good. I'm not a huge review guy so for me to write about Nick 's me and they rock..We have ordered over 20+ times and every time they make it happen and the food is perfect keep up the good work guys and stay focused because people can be nasty if they are missing 2 frys lol you guys are local and great thank you for making my family dinners super nice..
