Choices - Panera Bread used to be really awesome 15 years ago. Back then, I called it, "gourmet fast food". They had a good selection and their food was delicious. Then they took my favorite sandwich AND my favorite salad off the menu AT THE SAME TIME. I can't remember for sure, but I think this was around 2014. Since then, I only go to Panera when I can't find anywhere else to go.
I've gone twice for breakfast in the last month, and again it seems like many breakfast items have disappeared off the menu. This morning, the cashier told the man in front of me, "We don't have that any more". I seem to remember having more options for cream cheese and breakfast sandwiches. Last time I was there, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on ciabatta bread. It looked great but had almost zero flavor.
If Panera refuses to give me choices, I'll make my own and choose not to go there any more.

Ordered the pick 2. The sesame Asian salad (without chicken)was delicious and a large portion. The dressing was light and refreshing. The Mediterranean sandwich was good. A little skimpy because I ordered without feta. I Wish I had ask for extra hummus. Everyone was social distancing and employees were wearing mask. The place was spotless and constantly being cleaned. Will definitely go again.

It's been a while since I've been to a Panera. This one is very nice. The cashier was very friendly helpful. It was busy,but I was able to hear my order number. I was nice to sit and relax to enjoy your meal again.

I haven't visited a Panera in a long. This is a really great one. The cashier was extremely helpful and kind. Despite the noise, I could still hear my order number.

The iced coffee is the most watery I have ever tasted, and it came out room temperature from the vat and melted most of the ice right away. Easily the worst iced coffee I've tasted, I'd rather go to McDonald's. Quality control on that needs attention, or maybe corporate needs to change the recipe to use less water!

Customer service Bad. Girls cleaning up bread area never told me to go to other side to order . Then she never made my. Bagel. Yelled over there when I asked. Where is folk. Ist time here. Never. Again. Didn't have an Friendly. Inviting Vibe. 20 mins for a bagel. 😩

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Due to the incompetence of this location on multiple occasions I will never give money to any panera again. On 2 separate occasions they gave me the wrong sandwich completely even though my order was right on the receipt, I've had at least 5 times where I've called a order in for carryout and they completely forgot something. I still have 3 vouchers in my car for various items because they just completely forgot to give them to me. There's a good sandwich shop across the street called Pats Select which makes good food and always gets your order right and another sandwich shop up Richie highway called Simple Sands which have better soups and sandwiches than this pile if shit company.

This Panera has been going downhill for ages and corporate doesn't seem to care. I have complained to corporate on numerous occasions and they always give me the same line, "we will talk to management". Today I was there at 8:00 a.m. and they only had 3 types of bagels left. Again when you ask if they have more in the back the answer is no. Sometimes this is true and sometimes it's not. Where is management? Employees seem to be tripping over each other behind the bagel counter and it takes forever to get a bagel. Today there was even a manager behind the counter and he seemed to have no idea what was going on. I no longer use my Panera card and will be finding another place for bagels!

This place has gone down hill! My daughter and I went for dinner and everything was cold! Our soup was cold, her Mac and cheese was sitting there for 20 minutes and when I asked for a new one because I was standing there, I was pointed towards a microwave and told to feel free to heat it up myself! Really? I just
PAID for my food and for the soup and Mac and cheese to be hot! If I wanted to microwave the damn thing I could have at home! The soup was awful too! You could tell it was sitting there all day. Worst meal ever and wasted money! Service was terrible as well!

Thanks for my broth bowl that's only half full. Super awesome to get back to work to realize I only have half a lunch. Last time my dinner had chicken in it and I ordered the vegan bowl. Terrible.

First off I can say that I'm a regular at this panera. It used to be awesome. Every Wednesday I'm in there for breakfast, but is so slow to get a sandwich made. I have stood down there and waited for five minutes while they talk to one another with my order clearly up on the screen. It is rarely busy the time I go in there for breakfast. By the time I usually get my breakfast sandwich in the morning my mom is almost finished with her bagel. It actually seems like the busier they are the quicker the service. They have a few great employees that we see on Wednesday mornings. My mom stopped in Sunday morning for three bagels and a coffee. She went to get coffee, and there was no light roast, no hazelnut, and dark roast had about 3 oz left. No one was filling the coffee station. The woman who works the the coffee station on Wednesday morning is awesome. She is always checking on the coffee pots. I hope this location gets more efficient.

We walked in around 8:45 pm and the place was trashed. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in quite a while. There were at least 10 employees behind the counter doing nothing. There were two customers eating and none at the counter. There was one employee sweeping while the others watched him. The soda area was just awful. Makes me sad too see that employees and management take no pride in their establishment.
