We stopped through late night and the person at the window was so helpful and kind. He was working by himself which seemed like it would be tough on an evening shift. He provided great service and the chicken sandwich was excellent.

Did a drive-thru, waited extra because they only have employees during lunch rush. We did not mind the wait but did the awful taste of the sourdough sandwhich combo and the Jack burger. We became ill and from there on, almost a week, with stomach flu. NEVER AGAIN!!! Did not have the energy to complain but should have for others not to get sick..sorry 🤮🤢

This, aside from the privately-owned and religious Chick-fil-A, is the ONLY good fast food restaurant here in East Pasadena. The rest got me on terrible customer service and are run by corrupt and incompetent politicians posing as managers and employees. I love that they are consistent with their orders!!

They were very short handed. My fish sandwich was soggy missing the tomatoes. They were only taking one order at a time thru the drive in. You won't stay in business for long. Very nice employees that were way over worked.

The staff still is having a problem executing orders. My coke wasn't given to me, and I had to turn around and go back for it. The person who was taking drive through orders was very polite and immediately fixed the problem. I left and started driving home when I realized he forgot the fries I ordered and paid extra for. By then, I didn't want to turn around again to get my order fixed a second time. It would be better to train their staff to get orders right on the first try.

I didn't see until I got home my buttery jack was smushed flat idk that happened it came in a box, and the sandwich is not even half the size of the box, box perfect realized when eating, some onion rings had a weird black crumbs on it I had to throw em out
Update 6am today I puked it all out
That food got me sick and I couldnt go to work that day, they shouldn't be serving food that gets you sick, because the customers can blame it on anybody that works there, food health department will be called, do not eat here

I was really looking forward to these jalapeño poppers but was disappointed with the anemic two in the box. One had no jalapeño and the other had no cheese.
