Domino's Pizza

2nd time my family orders 6 pizzas 🍕 in this location not enough pizza sauce in the dough , pizza burn , the toppings for sausage and pineapple was not enough for the entire pizza and pizza was not sliced all the way inside if these people working in this restaurant hate their job they should not work here my guess in my house dislike 👎 the pizza I think little Caesars pizza is better down the street lake and orange grove they do a better job I’m so disappointed in the staff dominos pizza on Los Robles and Woodbury in Altadena 😬

Every time I order online it goes really quick compared to calling because I'm always placed on hold for a few minutes. Online is quicker than calling for me. Also Excellent group of trained pizza maker's at Pasadena store on Los Robles and Woodbury. Just ask anyone who makes the pizzas, because it's not just one person. It's the entire staff, including Managers. Now that's my favorite pizza place for me and my co workers at All Star Liquor on Lincoln Avenue and Figueroa in Altadena CA. Can't believe that I gave this store a really great review, when I was told to wait outside and someone will bring it out to me. 20 minutes later and I've got a cold pizza and cold pasta. Thanks again Dominos pizza on Los Robles and Woodbury. My family is going to call Pizza Hut or another pizza place. Sorry but your review is getting one star now.

I came to pick up my order from this location and was greeted rudely by an employee named Susan (Or so they told me, they were hesitant to tell me) on shift around 5:00pm. She was talking to me in an exasperated tone when I walked in. She asked me "Do you have a take out order" very aggressively. When she went to go retrieve my order, I saw my food fall on the floor. She proceeded to pick it up and try to still serve it to me. This is unacceptable as that is a serious health violation as well as disrespectful.

I called 1 hour before they closed and they had told me the manager just shut off the oven we are not taking orders and then I called the dominos next over and they said they cannot do that because they can still take orders for delivery until they close just not pick up and that i should report them but i let it slide. Then i called today 15 minutes before they closed and they answered we are closed and hung up. I only got to enjoy this place once 😔.
