I really like this Carl's J. It's clean, fast and nice staff. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are very fresh and they don't save on guacamole, dressing etc. Really good place to grab something to eat or drink.

The new Chicken sandwich and fries were really good. The newly redone eating area is pleasant and windows allow sunshine light. They sanitize and keep things clean and have a friendly staff. A quick bite, easy parking give it a other try. Idid 't check the restrooms so can't give it 5 stars maybe next visit an edit.

This place is a rip off. Just look at my 3 piece chicken tenders. I paid 13 for 3 tenders the size of there sauce container. This is definitely false advertisement the picture shows them way bigger.

Horrible food for a Ridiculous amount of money. This location is worse than any other Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to. The employee at the window from the drive-through was unprofessional and the food was cold and looked as terrible as it tasted. I will never go to another Carl’s junior again.$3.50 Literally should’ve just thrown it away

This is the only good Carl's Jr. in Pasadena. The one on E. Colorado and the one on N. Lake are no good. Orders are typically served on time and there's no labor shortage or excuses made.

Went here all late hungry af last week the dude thay works overnite was amazing great customer service. Dropped one popper and gave us a whole order of fries for one popper that fell. Thanks man

Carl's Jr has been my favorite burger place since I was a student. However, I am disappointed with the 1/3 lb charbroiled Angus burger. I ordered two Angus burgers in February which were so raw that I got sick after having just one bite. Today, I ordered another two and one of them was not cooked enough, just like those in February. I went back to the store and the staff gave me two replacements. The staff said I have to tell them I want the burger "well done". I have never heard that customers need to ask for burgers to be well done at a fast food store. This time, the beef patty of both burgers were both burned. I don't think I will go back to the same store any more.
