I want to say if you call to place a order over the phone on a Saturday good luck for them to pick it up, I tried 4 times no answer to put me on hold or anything, on my third try phone is ringing about 10 times no answer then someone picks up the phone and hang up. They just lost a big order for 15 people and I was telling them they are very quick. Not anymore but I have ate there sandwich 2× and it's better than subway

I like their sandwiches, but the staff doesn't seem to be as friendly as you'd expect especially when you are the only one there. I was shocked when I learned they didn't validate parking. Not the easiest place to get in and out of. Been here twice and my experience didn't improve or get worse. Average is what my experience was.

I love jimmy johns. Moved to CA 7 years ago from the Midwest so I am happy that we have locations here now! Got off work and drove to JJ, arrived at 9:35 pm......CLOSED? It says you are open until 10 pm.... definitely left upset. I’ll obviously still eat at JJ but if you close earlier, please update your google times because I wasted a trip through Pasadena from Santa Anita to get my family some dinner.

Delicious subs made to order crazy fast. The menu is anchored by deli staples as well as a "slim" menu that offers subs of a simpler variety: bread, meat, & cheese. Thrilled that a college favorite made it to the west coast. In true LA fashion, the parking situation leaves a lot to be desired, but I would walk blocks in the summer sun to get to a Slim #5.
