Baskin-robbins

Slow service for Doordash delivery people, and does anyone here speak good English and read clearly? Twice here I simply showed them the name of the customer on the screen of my phone, twice now they kept constantly asking me "What is the customers name?" Over and over again. Then the second time I told them it is on the screen of my phone, the cashier's excuse was "I don't have my glasses." Well whose fault is that? Plus why are you working without your glasses anyways? Pretty fair raiting.

I’m a Asian and first time here ! Cause I don’t speak English really well. My friend just help me write that order on the paper then I said sorry My English is not really good I just showed that paper list to Asian lady seller .then she doesn’t want to read that paper .she said it’s not her job What....f (I don’t know what is her name )she is Asian lady !

So, I went here with realistic expectations, its a chain, it does what chains do. The problem is, that I noticed after eating their ice cream that there was a distinct mold taste to it. I also have asthma and a severe mold allergy and started having an itchy throat after I stopped eating it. This is very disconcerting, and I am glad I did not eat more and have an asthma attack from mold exposure directly to my airways. I will never never go her again, but let this be a warning to allergy sufferers and anyone who does not enjoy their ice cream a'la mold. WHICH IS EVERYBODY BASKIN ROBBINS, EVERYBODY! I have never in my life had a moldy ice cream experience, and never would have imagined that it was possible for an ice cream place to make me unhappy, but this Baskin Robbins somehow managed to screw it up. I am seriously thinking of making a health department complaint.
