The couple that runs this place is friendly and kind, BUT the restaurant itself is extremely dirty. The food was good, but if you're cool with one guy taking care of everything and making you wait an hour then this is the place for you. Also 90% of the food needed to make your bowl was empty, including all the sauces.

Went in to get take out, but turned around and left instead. I love this place, been coming for years. I've got the technique down how to fill my bowl with as much meat, vegetables and noodles as possible. Add some garlic sauce, house sauce and chili sauce😋. Mine is all the way on the right👍

You can get a bowl for $9 and then you can fill in as much as you want to let cook cook for you. Usually I tried to fill in as much meat as possible before adding as much noodle as possible. They also give you rice. Basically you can get 2 meals by just one order.
