CaliBurger is a great place for a quick bite to eat. Their robot "Flippy" was not working when I was there, but hey...ROBOTS! The burgers are pretty good, and their fries are great! Shakes are also recommended, but not required. The location is actually connected to The Rose, so expect long waits if a concert is going on.

Meh. If you're at the Paseo and want an In-N-Out style burger, then give it a try. But In-N-Out is better, lots of burger places nearby are better. Not saying it's bad, it's just whatever.

People working here are friendly, the service is good and quick.
The burgers are fine - similar to the In 'N Out.
Fries are a bit over done - a little on the burnt side.
Kids enjoy watching the robot work - that's one of the main reasons we keep coming back.

Everything I has was just ok. The servers were friendly but they seem to be going through some renovations, some of the dinning room area was messy. It's pretty much an in-n-out copy cat company. Parking available in the paseo lot.

Dirty tabels sticky floors. There were 5 people there still we waited 27 minutes for order. No AC. Tasteless burgers :(

The main reason for me giving them 3 stars is because the sink in the bathroom wasn't working and there was no soap. The food wasn't bad though, and the price for the food was fair.

The experience of Flippy the burger flipper robot is cool but the burger needs more flavor. A little bland and can have more sauce. The fries were good and the service is good as well. For overall cost, its ok.

Oh My GAWD! This place is the most excellent burgers & fries. Not just because I was starving but because they are really are truly excellent. Comfortable spaces and seating. Only problem was the terminals to order were not working, but counter staff were friendly. Truly cooked to order, be prepared to wait a bit for your food.

So I heard about this chain opening in So Cal recently and it peakedy interest as it looked to resemble In-N-Out's style of food. I couldn't have been MORE WRONG. Not only were the burgers extremely heavy on seasoning and salty, but the fries were super dry and over cooked. The staff seemed to be operating without proper supervision and there was probably only 6 people in the entire restaurant (shocking, I know). Needless to say I will never go back and stick to giving their competitors my business for the overall better experience & higher quality of food.

All I had was a chocolate shake, which was fine when I ended up getting it. But I found service to be unappreciative, slow and confused. And they definitely were NOT busy.

I don't like the idea of ordering food from a large computer screen or paying with a credit card. There was no one standing at a register so I didn't know you could order that way. Food was all fresh. My hamburger was crispy and after ordering from the computer it was still wrong. I didn't get the ketchup on it. I'm not a fan of french fries with the skin still on it. I feel it shows someone is to lazy to peel potato's. The food was good but the biggest nuisance was nonexistent tables. It was set up like a living room. I don't want to eat from the coffee table and drip food all over myself. The 2 tables they had were high and the chairs were so heavy, after you sat in them, you couldn't scoot them close to the table. Everyone was having a problem with that. Get real tables and chairs.

The food was great. We had burgers, fries and milkshakes. What would of made the experience 5 star if you had a high chair or booster seat. With little ones that's a big deal.

Yesterday while I was at Nerdbot-Con at the Pasadena Convention Center, I enjoyed my time eating at Caliburger. What I really enjoyed at Caliburger is the Cali Double and the fries. Next time, I'll try the milkshakes.

My husband loves In N Out but I'm a Five Guys fan... Our son loves both. We finally found CaliBurger and we all loved it! To add to that fact, the manager was super nice and the food came out fast.

Great burgers and cool technology. Came to the soft opening and wasn't sure what to expect since I'm a die hard In N Out fan. Very pleasantly surprised at the Food and experience! This ranks as a very close second to In N Out on food taste but way surpasses them on guest experience and timeliness of order.
