Corner restaurant. Park across the street at Mull Automotive parking lot. Restaurant opens at 5pm. Interior ambiance is dark without music so was quite weird when it was empty. Unique selection of beer on tap like horchata and gold medal amber ale. Started with the sausage plate which had a variety of flavors cooked differently. The lamb chop was cooked tastefully and came out flavorful and juicy, worth ordering. Chicken was kind of bland as he flavor didn't cook through. Pork was crispy and delicious, recommend this as well. For those fish lovers the fish was really fresh and cooked so that it wasn't dry. Make a reservation if you have a large party. Beer and pork for October fest concept at this restaurant is a great combo.

I took my family and two guests to Tap & Kitchen for the first time tonight and, man, was it amazing! From their reliable beer selection to the innovative menu, finishing up with the wonderful desserts, we all had a fantastic experience. My daughter (7 yrs old), who is generally picky, raved about the octopus and fried chicken confit. Most of the food is tapas style. I'm usually not too keen on tapas (I don't like to share), but the flavors were so good that it would be a crime to not have a taste of as many of Chef Joseph's creations as possible. Yes, the food and drink were great, but so was the service. Just the right amount of attention, and Chef would come over to see how things were going and made some great suggestions while we were deciding. It's an open kitchen and my daughters love to watch the process and Chef Joseph provided a real education for them, describing the methods behind the flavor. We will DEFINITELY be back. In fact, Chef Joseph mentioned Cheesy Tuesdays, where they serve cheese-themed plates, many of which seemed great for kids and adults alike, and they play cheesy 80's music at the same time. I'm totally down for that.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this restaurant is exceptional! On the outside it doesn't look much, but when you walk in you are greeted by a romantic ambience and a chic atmosphere. This place is perfect for any foodie. The menu never leaves you bored because it changes every month. We certainly can't wait to see what next month's menu offers!!

Great atmosphere, lovely and welcoming service, and best of all fantastic and ever changing food! Every time I have eaten here the meals have been spot on, from appetizers to dessert! I almost feel like I am shooting myself in the foot, as I want to keep The Eatery in business, but the more people find out about this place the less likely it will be that I will be able to get a table!

Tried to go to their sister restaurant Bacchus on a weekend night, but no luck. Here was wide open. Large portions, reasonable prices of well-crafted food. Each month is a different theme so call ahead to see if it's something you like. Will return, but probably not next month (since it's not a theme we favor).

“EXCELLENT BEEF SHORT RIB” I had the beef short rib with mashed potato's and it was amazing. My wife had the shrimp skewer and it was OK,, but a bit too spicy for her taste. The drinks are always good as is the service.

I've been here before and i tend to gravitate toward the Biscuits topped with Cheddar Cheese Chili, eggs and hashbrowns! Simply soooooo goood. They are quite generous with their portions so if you like to share good meals, this is the place to do it! The food tends to be piping hot (because the service can be that quick). Parking is around the corner across the street from TheContainer Store and the restaurant validates parking (which isnt that commonin Pasadena). Go early for breakfast as the que may be long sometimes, and if you want to shop while you wait, keep in mind the que reminder they give you only has a 1/2 block reach for it to ring you when your table is ready! Enjoy this place and beautiful Pasadena!

Great level of cuisine for an ussaming location. Really enjoyed the scallops, pork chop and short rib from the paleo menu. Quality food with a lovely ambience. Will be back here soon.
