Today we got McDonald's meals from the Deer Park location on Spencer Highway. Doirdash brought it to us. We just wanted to let you know that you guys are the best. Our orders are always neatly packed and delivered to our door....hot, fresh, no spills. Order is always accurate. It's why we enjoy ordering from y'all. No worries, I rated my order on Doordash as well, but didn't get a chance to make a statement. Thank you for always being fast, accurate, and of course, the meals were tasty. This place is very nice. Big clean bathroom. With a changing table in a stall. Big eating area and huge play area. Lots of fun for the kids. Lots of different activities. One of the best McDonalds I have seen. Also, great customer service. They took my order at the register without hesitation. They did not act upset I didnt use the self order kiosk like I've seen at a lot of other McDonalds.

Breakfast food was actually pretty good this time. Eggs did not taste like powdered mix, sausage patty good size, biscuit, hashbrowns tasted fresher, especially the hashbrowns as many times taste like cooked in older grease, thus, if I even eat all of them, it would require more ketchup. :(

My review may be a little bit different because it's not the food I'm critiquing. It's about one member of the staff who went way above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten her name but when I asked for her manager he knew just who I was talking about. This young lady was patient and polite and spoke in a very soft voice. It was so hot outside; she asked if she could get me some ice water.
I had no idea since Covid just how mean people can be and her kindness actually brought tears to my eyes. I made sure that her manager knew what a gem he had in her.

This Mac Donald's is really a great place for getting biscuits with bacon, eggs, and cheese. The biscuits are fluffy, warm, and ready to be eaten. The bacon is actually crisp, while the eggs are very tender with just the right amount of seasoning. In just one word is is GREAT!

Like this particular McDonald's a lot, haven't messed up an order in over a dozen visits, staff is super friendly from my experience. The only downside I can speak to is the "24-hour" claim, as they are often unable to accept new orders between ~2am-3:30am transitioning to breakfast. This sometimes interferes with my lunch when working nights. Thanks to the staff, keep it up.

Went to Mcdonalds with my grandkids so they could play because it was raining. Haven't been there in forever and won't go back. Got my fish sandwich and they told me I was only allowed half a piece of cheese and they didn't even get it on the sandwich #wontbeback #worstmcdonaldsever

omg....after spending almost 30 min in drive thru.Before I order my food he then tells me he will be with me in a few omg..i wait another 3min I order my food.In my order I order a small peppermint mocha I go to the second window to pay just to find out the coffee machine is out..WTF ��WOW....SMH.. ��

HOLY COW-the drive thru took FOREVER!!! From the time I pulled up to place my order till the time I received it was 20 minutes...I was beginning to think I was at Whataburger!!!

I love this McDonalds and the staff. They are a great team. The morning cleaning lady does a great job and the drive thru ladies are so sweet! Been coming here semi regularly for the past year (Oct 2014-Sept2015) typically in the mornings.

This mcdonalds is always dirty. The drink station and the floor by it is always sticky. I tell them every time and sometimes they do nothing. It's pretty gross.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was told they are only taking cash. Placed our order which didn't show on the screen…asked how much it was as we had to pay cash & he said ohh hold I have to put it in?? After order was placed drove forward & waited 20 minutes not moving. 3 cars in front of us I walked up to the car & asked if they had already taken their money & we're waiting on their order & they hadn't even acknowledged the same car that had been there over 20 minutes! There was a kid inside with a headset leaning on the counter
