I've been to a lot of bakeries in my day, but El Bolillo bakery is by far the best. The pastries are always fresh and delicious, and the service is top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your order.
The cakes are amazing and well worth the price. But today I was told 30 minute wait for tamales they were out of. I waited 45 and was told "it's going to take more than 15 minutes maam!" After proving it had been 45 she finally went to the kitchen to let them know. They basicly never went and told

Great variety, all baked goods/pastries are fresh and made daily. They have amazing cakes for parties as well.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. They have a lot of options to choose from. My faves are their tres leches cakes and the conchas. Their Abuelita hot chocolate is also super good. 👍
