Food was as always on point.Now I do believe you should be acknowledged for exceptional service and the dude that was working drive thru was super polite and respectful.its a rare thing to be able to get good food and some great service these days.

Small location right off Baldwin Avenue. Three 2-seat tables inside and two 4-seat umbrella covered seating outside. Interior has a unisex bathroom which is large and very new and clean. Looks like the location was recently remodeled. Food was fast, fresh and consistent with what you would expect from a Taco Bell. Drive thru was busy and so was the inside air down area so turnover was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The drink fountain and condiment section were small, neat and organized. Side parking area will accommodate about 6 cars I think. Will be back again if I am in the neighborhood.

Only 2 small tables inside. Fjood was as ordered. Service was fast and super friendly. The place and bathrooms were super clean. All around great.
I dont even bother leaving bad reviews of taco bells. But this one was so nice while being so small.

Considering the fact this place was open during construction and they are remodeling it was getting pretty hectic to say the least with all the dumpsters and part bodies and bags of junk playing everywhere but it was still doable but I think as of now it's closed for a couple of days it was at least last time I went and that they're pretty consistent with their food you do have to double check though I generally pull forward and double check outside of the line or the drive through and then go back around if there's something missing or later on and they can be stingy with sauce if you don't really specify how much you want but other than that they're super chill and the food's always good reliable place and I'm sure once they remodel it'll be lucky places to sit outdoors and indoors good old Taco Bell. Remember to give them three at least if not four stars maybe even five but the fact that they're closed right now and the remodeling has been kind of a nightmare is why I'm giving them a temporary to star rating not because of the food

Customized my whole order. Ordered online and everything was correct and very delicious. I was very pleased with the great customer service when I arrived at the drive thru. Def will be back and also the price for everything I paid for was absolutely reasonable. The portions were also very satisfactory. Loved this location and for sure will be back! Thank you.

We stopped by for a quick bite as we made our way through California on a road trip. I actually looked up ratings and intentionally chose this location in Pasadena because of the 4+ star rating. Others along I-5 had 2-3 stars and many poor reviews. 😬
Taco Bell is an easy fast food option for us as half of our family are vegetarian and not many places have things for us to eat. I had a potato soft taco and it was very well made! Fresh, soft potatoes and a generous sized taco. My kids and husband were pleased with their choices as well. The lobby is clean, the workers were friendly, the food was good (for Taco Bell lol). No mess-ups with the order (which seems rare these days, unfortunately). Everything was exactly as it should have been!! Glad we chose this location. Well done Taco Bell! 👍 🌮 🔔

Best Taco Bell to go to. Always has the best customer service and all the workers are super nice all the time. They really try their best here. I’m not one to write reviews often but I went 7/12/2020 at like 10:30 pm and just want to give a shout out to the buff guy with the arm tattoo for giving some of the best customer service I’ve had in any fast food place. Really made my day and made the whole transaction easy for me after I had a long shift at work. He’s a real one.

It's Taco Bell, not much to it. This one is usually spot on with my orders. I have yet yo have my order messed up. I always get friendly service through the drive-thru. I prefer this one to the one closer to Pasadena City College.

I love that they're one of the few places open till midnight every day during this pandemic. The service is always great. The people here are cordial, respectful, and attentive. The food is good as well. I'm hooked on this quesalupa thingie. I like the beef but I prefer the chicken for a bit more. I was bummed that they discontinued their 7-layer burrito but that was a corporate decision. Oh, well! Maybe they'll bring it back. This is one of the better TB's I've been to.
