My order on 11/29/23 was not as hot and fresh as my last order... I ordered the Big Dinner Box. 2 pizzas, cheese bread, chicken alfredo pasta it was ok just not as hot as I like for my food to be!!!

The food was great. I had boneless wings, the classic cinnamon sticks, thin crust pizza with extra pepperoni, and fries! Would've liked a little more fries than given, but it was still delicious.

I had a issue with my order and called back to report the problem. The manager Mary heard me out and fixed the problem right away. She left me speechless on how professional and kind she was. Mary was more concerned about fixing the problem instead of denying the issue. Mary thank you so much for making my experience amazing. Pizza Hut needs more managers like you!
