Had an online order which was paid for, arrived on time to pick up my order, and was told I had to wait until they cooked my order. The associate stated, " they had a lot of online orders that haven't been picked up, so they stopped cooking any pick-up orders until those orders were picked up." Smh!!! Confusing, huh? I felt the same way.

I love the tenders at 10 piece for $12.00... This is a deal.. We ordered here about every 2 weeks and we are never disappointed... (Love that) really unlike some of the high end restaurants that we do order from... If you put it on your menu and do again... You can thank me later

I love the spicy chicken and tenders! My favorite sides are the Cajun rice and red beans and rice! Don't even get me started on the biscuits! I love trying out the other items on the menu like the shrimp! I haven't been disappointed yet! 🙃

This Popeyes doesn’t look like much from the outside. But the food is good. Haven’t had a complaint yet. The gentleman at the front window today was very professional. My wife even noticed it. Good job guys. Keep it up, I’ll be coming here instead of the one on Crenshaw.

Food is usually hot and fresh. I don't mind waiting a little longer for fresh food. The staff is always friendly and when an order is messed up, they are quick to fix it. Having said that, there are maybe a few too many times that the order has been wrong. And I mean entire order am I at the right restaurant, what's my purpose in life wrong. Otherwise, great!!

Came to get a Chicken Sandwich today and everything was good. Given how busy they are the food was still properly made and not slapped together in a rush. Fries were cooked properly and extremely crispy. Good job guys .

I love their 'two for Tuesday's' special! Leg and thigh for a buck fifty! This location has a GREAT staff! The food has been hot and fresh everytime I've gone, and they always greet you when you enter the building! Best location to visit in Pasadena!
