It used to be a great place. But, the last 2 visits, the restaurant is dirty. Trash on dining floor and restrooms as well.
We wait for 20 min. The place was almost empty (around 9 p.m. on a Saturday) but no one was cleaning the tables or the floor. As you can see in the picture. We left that last time.

Went in and no hostess to be found , we just waited for about 5 minutes until finally someone came to knowledge us. What appeared to be the manager (a man) wasn’t doing anything but standing up talking to people at a table (he was there for a long time) . He SAW us just standing there. The waitress we had she was super helpful and friendly.

Went on Friday the 29th. Look 25 minutes to get food and it was not hot only warm. The waitress never came back once after we got our food to ask if we needed anything.

Let me start off by saying my last experience was horrible, but this experience was just absolutely what you should expect of a restaurant. I want to highlight trae the waiter was just absolutely perfect. That man deserves a raise, and then some he absolutely made the experience flawless. The food came out extremely fast, and it was well cooked. I definitely rate this place a five out of five. I’m glad to see they’re changing in a good way.

Amazing service! It was around 12:00, and I decided to get lunch before heading back to work, so it was just myself dining in. But I had the most wonderful experience ever. They were even passing out FREE samples of boneless wings to promote their new sauces. Thought that was generous! Will definitely be back!!

We came to Buffalo Wild Wings with 9 people, we showed up 5min after they opened which was 11:05 and revived our food at 11:57. We did have to wait awhile for the food but we did have lots of people and were there first customers. Besides that the food was amazing and the service was excellent. I ordered the American burger with no mustered and my brother and cousin ordered the brisket burger and said it was excellent. Over all this place was amazing and is a great place to grab some lunch.

Food was good as always. I had the naked tenders, with vegetables, an iced tea, and their new legendary long Island. The waitress said she was brewing iced tea but never brought it to my table. I never got the extra side of vegetables. I wasn't charged but the waitress never mentioned them again. Overall food was good and service was mediocre at best.

My wife and I went here to celebrate my birthday, and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. Be sure to ask about the "Vampire Slayer" wings. You won't be disappointed.

The restaurant was clean and very sizeable vs other I've gone to in San Antonio. Our server was great and attentive when checking on if we were doing well and if we needed refills. I had traditional hot wings which were hot but not so much that they weren't enjoyable. I recommend this location

I just learned about the half priced wings on Tuesdays. They are sooo good and not tiny at all. The best part is that they have so many delicious flavors to choose from. I stopped eating wings because i thought they were too expensive, till I found Buffalo Wild Wings. I have not tried any of the other food yet but I am sure it is just as delicious as the wings.
