Ordered pepperoni with half mushroom, and half sausage for pick up. It was done on time, cooked well and tasted fine. However, by far the greasiest pizza I have ever had in the Parma area. Even after being reheated the next day.
I would encourage a little more customer service friendliness. "hello", "can I help you", "thank you", "enjoy", "have a nice day"....something.
IMO...If you can, I would update/optimize the website to work across multiple platforms. When ordering via phone it did not adjust to the screen. Really difficult to read.

We ordered the deep dish pizza it was delicious. We ordered the large super salad it was good. We ordered the jalapeños poppers they were good. I’m so happy we decided to give Napoleons a try it is going to be our new go to pizza place.

I drive an hour round trip just to come here. I love their quality ingredients.
Old world pepperoni with sweet sauce is the bomb.
Mushroom and sausage pizza had nice big pieces of sausage and fresh mushrooms. Garlic Parm wings tasty as well...could use less oil.

Pizza was absolutely delicious!! The Philly steak was seasoned perfectly and the bread was perfect. So good. We will definitely be back!

WOW just recieved my pizza. What a great pie. fresh light dough the sausage was fantastic. the wings were fresh and crispy (no added charge).
delivery was quick and food was recieved still hot.

Its probably been 15 years since I've had a pie from this shop. I grew up in parma and my folks used to order when I was a kid. Anyhoo, I moved back in the area and was happy to see Napoleons still here. Ordered an extra large pep and sausage with some hot BBQ wings and my friends and I SMASHED lol it was just as good if not better than I remember. I know my go to place from now on. The wings were good and tender. Not chewy and dry like a lot of places. With all the price increases and BS going on they manage to maintain VERY reasonable prices.

This is my hometown origin. I can't express enough how amazing it is that after 30 years you've been able to keep a recipe of a pizza pie secret ......"THAT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS".
To the community, if you have not tried the deep dish pizza, you have not tried a deep dish pizza!!!!
