Just finished having Thanksgiving dinner and the star of the meal was smoked turkey from barabicu. The turkey was juicy, tender with just enough smoke flavor. We have never had better turkey! I picked up this morning at 11 and the staff were so helpful even gave me personal cell if I had questions with reheating for dinner (which I didn't) it's easy but reassuring to have back up. If you are looking for a smokehouse, this place is the real deal.

Went to see what the buzz was about. We love bbq and this place is legit. We got brisket, meatloaf, chicken cupcake, and ribs. Couple gluttons for good smoked meat... and leftovers. � The ribs were amazing, brisket was moist and not too fatty. It actually got better as it sat and came to room temp. But man, that smoked meatloaf alone is worth a trip. The chicken cupcake was nothing like I imagined (thankfully) and while the least favorite of all, was still yummy. Worth a trip to Parma. Quite possibly the best thing there.

Just a complete wow moment. First things first, this place is impossible to catch open past 2pm. They make everything fresh and have been known to sellout in under two hours from opening. The meat smell as soon as you walk in hits your nose hairs and sends your heart racing. It was my first time so I wanted to try everything. Unfortunately they don’t do single serving meat sample plates. But don’t worry about that, The very nice meat assistant told me “no problem, give me your price and we will make you something.” My price was 30 dollars and within 5 minutes the owner came out with so much bbq options I almost cried. Their ribs are sold by the half slab and everyday they intend to stay open as long as they can. You’ll see sold out signs that start to pop up quickly over their menu board so get here early and enjoy the feast. Side note, they do have seating but it’s more of a food truck vibe, grab and go.

Absolutely delicious! They made a bunch of food for a work function and all of it was really, really good. The meats are phenomenal. Stop in and try. Danny and Gerard are so nice and welcoming. They do a great job. Will be a regular.

I FINALLY got to try this place today and was blown away by how delicious the food is!! We got pulled pork, ribs, beans, and potato salad and it was more than enough for two people. The guys inside were so incredibly friendly and gave us a rundown of the menu and a sample of their out-of-this-world bacon. We’ll definitely be back!!

My husband and I just finished our meal from Barabicu Smokehouse and it was WAY better than we could have ever imagined. The gentleman who owned/operated BSH were extremely kind and generous with our servings. Everything tasted SO good, I dont have one bad thing to say about the texture or taste of any of the food we got. This is a place I’ll be returning to and telling my friends/family about. Thanks guys!!!

Pretty good BBQ. The pulled pork was cooked very well. The brisket had a good flavor, but not as tender as I had hoped. We also had the smoked meatloaf which had great flavor. The little one loved the macaroni and cheese. The greens were the best part of the meal. Overall, a good meal at a reasonable price.

Fantastic eats. You can tell that the owners have a passion for good barbecue. Every meat comes smoked (including the chili and meatloaf) and their coleslaw is among the best. Just a forewarning, they run out of meat fast. It's better to catch them earlier in the day when they open, rather than later. They smoke the meats the night before, so they have a set amount of stock before they run out.

Some of the BBQ I have ever had. Loved the baked beans and coleslaw too. They do some amazing things with their meats. They definitely know how to cook BBQ. Will be stopping there regularly!!!!!
