Great atmosphere, nice staff, delicious coffee and energy bites! Really lovely spot to read a book or meet a friend. Highly recommend!

Imagine a place where you can sit and chat about this-and-that with a good friend. Add in a terrific, well-lit workspace. Look around in your mind’s eye and pick up a few quirky items--um, like that 150 pound TV you grew up with. Sprinkle in a few cool people, snack food that’s not all carbs (i.e. homemade protein balls) and the sweet, sweet smell of coffee; you’ve pictured Parkville Coffee.
This is what coffee houses should be in small towns (and everywhere, for that matter).
If you’re the type that salivates over ancient exposed brick walls, books written by local authors & a quirky, flea market mid century vibe--well then, I’ll probably run into you here 2-3 times a week.

Not only is Parkville less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Kansas City, but it also boasts multiple private lakes, a quaint downtown, a university (with castles overlooking the Missouri River), flat bike trails, award winning K-12 schools, & plenty of independent restaurants/bars/shops. We brought in the team from Parkville Coffee to set up their mobile coffee bar at our daughter's wedding reception a week ago and it was a total hit with all the guests. We had a reception for over 160 people and kept the two baristas cranking out awesome drinks for 4 hours. Honestly, it was so well done that we have to find a way to have another event to bring them back. We had guests from Seattle (where there is some form of coffee shop on most blocks) and they came up sipping a coffee and said it was one of the best they have had. Thank you!
As a former employee and long time supporter of Parkville coffee, I can honestly say this is more than just a coffee shop. This business prides itself on high quality delicious coffee and food, kind and courteous customer service, a high standard for inclusivity, and supporting the community it serves. I visit Parkville coffee anytime I am in the KC area, you do NOT want to miss out!!
Good coffee, atmosphere, friendly employees and a BREAKFAST SANDWICH TO DIE FOR!!! I would come back here just for this sandwich.
Parkville Coffee has friendly, helpful staff, delicious drinks, and they consistently reach out to support their fellow small businesses and the community around them! I don't get there as often as I would like, but I enjoy every single visit!
The coffee I got here (Lavender Latte) was the best I have ever had! The staff was not unfriendly, but I was not told when my order was ready. I waited awhile and eventually figured out myself that my order was waiting for pickup. Not unfriendly, just a tad uninformative.
