Nice local sports bar. Friendly, but at times, slow service. Typical, but pretty tasty bar food. They seem to always be out of something we want to order, but there are lots of food and drink options.

6/6/22 Was not thrilled with service today. Is an issue I have had in past. We often have to go tell the server that we are ready to order food and beverages. Today server only came by once to ask if I needed another beverage. I ordered food and when it arrived it was the wrong food. I then asked for the additional item that was to come with meal but it never came. Had to ask for silverware and by the time my server remembered to bring it to me my food was stone cold and unappetizing so just packed it up to go. They really need to pay attention to all of their customers.

Deceivingly large space inside. I'm not much of a drinker so I can't speak on that part but the crowd was starting to warm up and it was around 4 on a Thursday which shows how popular the place is. The food was better than I expected to be honest, came out hot and tasted fresh.

We've been coming here for years and unfortunately FuNuGyz is still being held back by lack of staffing from the pandemic. The staff are always friendly and do their best to attend to everyone. But, 1 bartender and 1 wait staff, and 1 cook, are barely keeping up with the lunch crowd on a Saturday. If you visit knowing it's going to take a lot more time than it used to to get your drinks and food, then sit back, enjoy the shows on the monitors and relax. We'll be back and hope they find the staffing they need to keep things moving.

Been coming here a long time. The food is tremendous. The green chili! The fries! THE HOTWING! The staff and drinks are always friendly and attentive. Gets a bit loud at times. Have been seeing more families showing up. Great place, great food, and great drinks.

Shannon is an outstanding bartender! She always takes great care of us, remembers our drinks, is always friendly and fun, and is very professional when dealing with difficult customers. Shout out to Chris, Justin, Stevie and Joe as well who always give great service every time we come in.

Came in on a Friday night around 5pm. Seating was great, atmosphere was fine, drinks were prompt and delicious. I ordered a medium rare burger and it took almost 40 minutes to send out a well done burger. I sent it back, and it took another 20 minutes for a medium rare to come out. I understand it was a Friday night and there has been problems with staffing since covid, but an hour for a medium rare burger? Funugyz has always been a great neighborhood bar and for that reason I give them 3 stars.

It’s about what you’d expect out of a sports bar. The time to get service seems to vary simply based on who is staffed on any particular night. I have been to this bar when there were plenty of workers to serve and waited a long time. On the other hand, I’ve been here when it was severely understaffed and the waitress was absolutely amazing. Overall consistency drops what would be a 4.5 star review (food is good and prices are great) to a 3.5.
