Ordered ribs, sausage, and brisket. Everything was drowned in bbq sauce, could not taste the meat. The part of the meat without bbq sauce was very dry. Nearly inedible. The bbq sauce was overbearing. Destroyed my taste buds. The price was very high for such poor quality.

We decided to give them a try for the first time. One positive is that the potato salad is pretty good. The other is that they have us pork samples.
Unfortunately: the food truck is old, dirty, and worn. The inside is not completely visible because one window is boarded up and the other has a large fan in it.
The meat was dry and a bit tough.
For 1 lb of meat and a 1 lb of potato salad, we paid a whopping $38. Never again.

That Karen that posted one star is out of her mind. This has been the most excited I’ve been about food in a long time and it delivers. When you order ribs you know you are gonna pay a premium but this has been the only time I felt like I got my money’s worth.

Tried for the 1st time today. We got the ribs- just amazing. Great texture and there sauce is amazing! The potato salad was also wonderful. Fantastic customer service. Definitely our new bbq place.

Big gym is a great man great and really cares a lot about what he does and his customers. and you can tell by the flavor and quality of their barbecue and their customer service

Big Jim is very friendly and customer service is important. That said I came for the first time and bought a bit of everything to try. I couldn’t get passed the smell however of the brisket. Unfortunately it went right in the trash as it tasted and smelled like it had been cooked over a gas or diesel fire. Will give them another try at some point but very disappointed on the first go.

This is by far the best meal you will ever eat, It is absolutely amazing in every way, You will not be disappointed I suggest coming here and buying pounds and pounds of wonderful meat for your entire family and not cooking this weekend, today they even had fresh homemade peach cobbler to go with it absolutely divine, I cannot say enough about this place I will come back every weekend Thank you big Jim You're the best, (And I actually don't even know big Jim lol)
