Lazy people working
No one’s ever at the counter when I come in. Gotta wait for someone to come out the back.
Several times I come in and they’re out of things.
They have the stuff they’re just too lazy to make it

I have been here a few times and usually the help is just ehh. Went in tonight (Thursday 7/12) and Hannah waited on me. She was very friendly and quick. When I ordered i was the only person in the place. I took my sundae and sat down. A herd of people walked in. Being in the restaurant industry I wanted to see how she handled it and she was great. I'd hire her!!
Side note - ice cream sundae was good...not great...but good.
I will return.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The cashier lied and said the machines were broken and that they don't sell iced tea! WHAT KINDA OF DUNKIN DONUTS IS THIS! As a paying customer I deserve to take my time to order and I was extremely rushed by Akhtar. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the ice cream that was melted when served and old! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

This is a shared Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. This mainly refers to the Dunkin side. Donuts were stale, service surly but can't complain overall.
