Sonic Drive-in

Never have a bad experience here. Food is always good, burgers are never greasy and when you ask for extra toppings or take something off it is always done. All of the staff is very kind even when you can see that they are busy. Andrew has been our server that last couple of mornings, he has been very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit faster once I got to place my order because only one of the two outside eating ordering station's was working for like the past 9months I mean come on really I think sonic can afford to get it fixed. I know this sounds trivial but being a 18 wheel truck driver time is very important simply for the fact there's not much parking and you can get by parking on the side of street for a few minutes. They just need to get everything in working order as it should be it's bad for business.

Dedra RUDE as can be. Luckily there was other person that witnessed her rudeness. I had a text message from my wife. I read the text message word by word Barbadian. When she came out with what appeared to be a small. I told her I ordered a large. She stated I asked if everything on the screen was correct. I told her I read exactly how it is said to me via text message. She stated I will do it this one time but never again. What you said to me I put on the screen. When asking for a manager she stated she is the manager. I stated I want to speak to someone else that is not you. I have been going to Sonic forever and a day. After telling her I wanna talk to another manager besides you. She sent Trish out our family adores her. Truth be told I will not be going back to Sonic until she has been fired or leaves.

I used to give this place a 4 star review. But after a few of my last visits & having nasty gunk in my bags of ice that I have no clue what it is, I am changing my review rating down to 1 star. That's just disgusting. Not to mention, they also don't seem to want to follow their own posted hours of operation & like to close early most nights.
