Fun experience, especially for the kids!
I’m removing 1star because although we had a great time, I did not feel the high prices met my food expectations.
That’s not to say the food is bad, it’s just not to the caliber of what you’d expect due to high cost.
…That being said, I loved the chili!
Other Cons: I felt the sleigh ride up to the restaurant could’ve been longer, felt the restaurant itself was a little cramped for the space and amount of people eating, didn’t love going up and getting my food like I’m at a cafeteria (would’ve preferred to be served), and felt a little rushed near the end when the next group of sleigh riders came in.
PROs: loved the interior of the restaurant and the overall vibe, loved the live music playing, enjoyed “our cowboy /sleigh driver”-Ty who answered all of random questions, enjoyed the uniqueness of the adventure, our waiter was kind and attentive, and the kids asked when we could Come back!
Thanks for the fun memory!

This was a great experience! Super fun even though it was SO cold on the sleigh ride - it was worth it! Bring hand warmers and gloves etc! They do make up for the freezing cold once you get to the restaurant where they have hot cider waiting for you - live music and yummy food. I very much recommend!!!

We had a great time on our little sleigh ride. Jake and his horses were wonderful. It was a short 30 minute trip up a hill, back down and around. Would be nice if it was a little longer, but it was darn cold, so maybe 30 is just right? We had a blast though!

Wonderful and fun family friendly experience! We enjoyed every minute of it, as did our toddler. The horse drawn sleigh takes you up to the Snowed Inn Restaurant which is perched to the side of the Payday run. The fireplace, hot cider, and live acoustic music in a rustic cabin gave off the perfect atmosphere for a dinner to end our ski trip. Wait staff at the restaurant were extremely sweet and helpful with our wriggly toddler. Food was not "stand out" if you have foodie taste buds but still good, filling and plentiful. I much preferred the prime rib vs the trout. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the package. Wish the sleigh ride was a bit longer and more scenic but for the convenience of staying on the Park City base area, we were glad we booked with Snowed Inn! Try to see when sunset begins and book accordingly. It gets exceptionally cold sun down and you can't see much!

Such a fun evening! From start to finish, these guys and gals were such a joy to be around. It was a chilly but beautiful sleigh ride and it was great that they gave the horses breathers. They really care about them! The food was delicious and the musician was a great touch. My wife and I will definitely be back so our friends and family can share in the experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed this entire experience! Ty was our sleigh driver and shared info about the horses on the way up. Inside the restaurant was warm and cozy and there was a great musician playing upon our arrival. The experience was definitely cowboy style in line with the theme and food was great. We really had a fun time making this memory!

Such a magical experience. They were so organized. I loved having our sleigh assignments and table assignments. The musicians set list was just perfect.... the chef was super accommodating. The cowboys letting the horses rest was great. It was the perfect magical ending to our Park City vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Snowed Inn. The sleigh rides are great. The lodge is beautiful. Service was great. Food was good but the overall experience deserves 5 stars.

So it was a stormy night snow pouring down and 32 without windchill . There was a 10 mph wind that made it a bit more chilly ! And the cowboys were 4 mins late after 7:30pm . The instructions ask you to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early we arrived approximately 20+ minutes early . We parked in the main parking lot and walked up the stairs closest to the parking area and made a left-hand turn continue walking up the stairs basically the goal is to get out to where the ski lifts are and there’s a large Archway that says “Park city “ . Like many of the other reviews say the Cowboys are awesome they really are! Very nice guys with a sense of humor they definitely made the entire experience. We were lucky enough to get a sleigh with some fun horses ,Bob was our driver and we had to registered Clydesdales powering ping and pong ! The horses were a little spunky and one wasn’t listening from what Bob was saying but it made the ride all that much more fun! After slowly going up the mountain and reaching our Destiination they take multiple breaks on the way up to let the horses rest . After you walk into the building there’s a large area you can take off your winter equipment and hang it up or you can take it with you to your table . When you sit down you will have a bowl a cup and a plate along with silverware and A carafe of water. Staff will soon after come by and ask you if you’d like to order anything else off the special menu of drinks they serve in wide variety of different alcoholic beverages. There is a large amount of apple cider available near the kitchen area they hand out as soon as you walk in . After everybody settles in with their apple cider and drinks are ordered the chef and speaks up and rings the bell and lets everybody know what the plan is. He will explain how everything is going to work and the first thing they do is you walk up with your bowl and pick the chili or the chowder . It did mention there was bread on the menu although the bread came with our dinner not our chili which would’ve been nice to have it with the chili or soup. While you’re in line getting your chili you will come across the chef and let him know whether you’re going to have the prime rib the fish or the chicken or a vegetarian option. After the chili is finished the chef obviously starts cooking right away and when the food is complete once again they will call you up. The entire time there is live music or at least when we were there and they do take requests. The food was pretty good overall I had the chili and the prime rib ,the prime rib came with mashed potatoes that were very good and a mixed vegetable along with a piece of bread. They did have a nice horse radish sauce available for the prime rib . The portion size was decent although I would’ve enjoyed a little bit more of the prime rib due to the expected amount of fat you get with each piece. After dinner is complete they’ll collect all your plates and then bring out a brownie with ice cream the brownie we received was a little bit dry there wasn’t too much soft or moist area to it. The staff overall was nice and very friendly. It seems like they try to group you together with your party and keep you at the same table with whoever you came with. Since we were last tour of the night the Cowboys also got to eat and they sat down and had their dish. Everybody was pretty much well done by the time the Cowboys started eating and when they were done they rang the bell and everybody got back in a sling that they came up in .
The cowboys do take tips!
On the way back down the mountain once again we had some very fun horses who made the ride exhilarating and there was a serious lightning storm that came out of nowhere. after reaching the starting point at the bottom of the mountain near the Park city Archway at the bottom of the payday lift you jump out and go back and that’s all .

We had an amazing time. Our group of 12 was escorted in our sleigh by Cowboy Wade. He's a genuine cowboy and extremely friendly guy. Up at the restaraunt we were greeted with hot cider and friendly wait staff. Our primary server was Shasta who was all around great. My food, the prime rib, was a nice thick cut but well cooked with horse radish and au jois. I didn't catch the name if the gentleman playing the guitar and singing but he was fantastic as well...played alot of the good ole country songs. All around thus was a great experience and would recommend it.

Although on the pricey side, this is just a really great experience for the kids and family. They have several times for the sleigh/dinner rides (530p and 730p), and I'd recommend to try for the 530p time because it gets too dark at 730p.
They pick you up literally on the snow at the right side of the Payday Lift. The horse sleigh ride actually goes up the same ski run that you would ski down during the daytime! There is a Snowed Inn private building on the mountain that this horse sleigh travels uphill towards.
Service is great all around from the staff, and the sleigh drivers are friendly and great. There is a "blanket" to get under, but it's not that thick. I'd recommend to dress very warmly for the sleigh ride.
Food was good and about what you'd expect from a horse ranch. Prime rib, chicken or trout were the main entrees. There is live music in the room too. Alcohol is available for an additional fee. Would definitely recommend this for a nice family night out when in Park City.

Definitely a bucket list item! Spent Christmas night on beautiful sleighs with sleigh bells, an amazing driver named Joe, beautiful horses named Major and Pain and a delicious cozy dinner environment with good food, great servers and awesome music! Would highly recommend this adventure to everyone!

We just did the sleigh ride. The horses were beautiful! The ride was fun. I forgot to get cash to tip the driver, but he was great! Thicker blankets would be nice. It's not really pretty up there unless you're into groomed ski hills. Good view, although this is Utah and good views are everywhere depending on what you like.

This was such a wonderful experience. We took our family for our Christmas activity. It didn't matter how cold it was as that aspect was overshadowed by the rest of the evening. Our sleigh driver was personable and engaging. The food choices were all delicious. (I tasted each from my table) The portions were enough to fill me up. Overall, this was the perfect kickoff for our holiday season.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening from the moment we checked in with Carson till we exited the sleigh at the end. A TOP NOTCH group of people !!
Music was at the perfect volume. The food and service was very good. Our cowboy Kelsey did an excellent job and was a pleasure to interact with.
And most important our equine team Chip & Dale !!!
LOVE THEM !!! I wanted to take Chip home but I figured they would frown on that.
GREAT JOB GUYS !!!

We did the sleigh ride dinner on 1/13/23 and really enjoyed. Two adults and our teen daughter in town for a special birthday trip. Had such a good time we want to come back with our whole family. If you are into Hallmark vibes and all the Winter feels, this is for you! Enjoyed the hot cider and meal. Sometimes the meal is sort of meh in experiences like this so we were pleasantly surprised. Shout out to Thomas - a great sleigh driver!
