We truly had the best sushi and customer service we've had in a long time. High quality food. Great vibe. Shout out to the people who provided a great experience for us in Park City-- Tim, Zac, Jameson and Chotch.. you guys rock! Can't wait to come back!

Jameson and Zach at the bar were the best! If you get a chance to grab a bar seat instead of a table, take it! They had the best suggestions and offered personable, tentative service. Will be back at least 3 times a week. Love this place :))

We loved Shabu! It was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Although it was a little loud for me, the food, service, and atmosphere was so good that it was exceptional! We can't wait to go back.

My favorite restaurant and one that I always frequent when I'm in town.
The service here is always top notch (shout out to Tim & Chelsey!) and the food is always consistent.
Everything on the menu is fantastic and by far the best Asian food in Park City.

Went for a work event. Brought my wife back two days later due to such a great experience. Green beans and shishuto peppers were great. Loved the mochi. Loved the experience. We will be coming back.

The staff as a whole was so amazing, and the food was so delicious! This is a must go to restaurant. Gerardo is the best chef and Huli is an amazing waitress, and Catalina was amazing to deal with when making our reservation. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere at Shabu. We were seated at the back, near the kitchen, but we actually preferred being there as it is a very crowded restaurant and we got a breeze when the back door was open. We also were served by the sushi chef, Jesus, so we were never lacking for service!
We ordered the Freestyle Edamame (which is unlike any Edamame you've ever had in a fantastic way...that's mild garlic in there!), two rolls (the Hachimitsu & Yellow Widow) which were fabulous, the Hot Rock with American Waygu (which was ridiculously tender), and the pork bao buns (which were very tasty, but could have used thicker slices of pork). We would go back again in a heartbeat...just make your reservations early!

Nice vibe, friendly accommodating staff.
American and Japanese wagyu hot rock is great, recommend the side by side comparison. Sushi is fantastic, we went with the daily role and it was exceptional 👌🏻
