Mapleview Family Restaurant was open 11a-4p on Thanksgiving this year and was buffet only. Turkey was juicy, the ham was about as good as it gets, mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, and so were the candied carrots, mac & cheese, broccoli salad and chocolate pudding dessert.

The blowing snow forced us off the highway, and what a happy Serendipity moment! This great little restaurant was right there and sheltered us for the hour or so it took for the storm to subside. Very warm, welcoming server took great care of us, and several others, locals and travelers like us. The
Pizza and wings are great. Dine in has been less than satisfactory. The food on the pasta bar was old and flavorless. It's pretty bad when a 4 and 6 year old won't eat it. The service was great but the kitchen needs serious help.

The soup and salad bar is fantastic. I enjoyed all 3 types of soup and that is rare. Fast service and its clean. I brought my family and they also liked all of the food. It is a nice, quiet place to have a family meal.

One would never know this was a truckstop from inside. We had a birthday party in the banquet room. Everyone was very pleased with the service, food, and atmosphere. They accommodated us at the last minute for the party. I could not have asked for better accommodations.
New owners took over I definitely can't complain.. its a bbq place now very good food I like the change

Love this place!! New York is known for their rude people and the way they disrespect others but not this place! It’s like it’s only lil world and I love it! They are so sweet helpful and loving to every customer that comes through that door! The restaurant is also the same and the food is amazing!!
Best service ever from my server, Christina! I strongly urge you to travel no further than the Mapleview Family Restaurant located at exit 34 between Syracuse and Watertown on interstate 81 North/South. As impressive as Christina is the kitchen in their preparation of a modestly, priced rib dinner

Stopped here today for the first time in many, many years and had lunch. The food came out quickly, was delicious, and generous portions. Our server, Kara, was great.
