Mcdonald's

We decided date night would consist of the McDonalds drive thru this week. The ordering and paying went smoothly. We were handed our food and told the shakes would be a minute. We were beng honked at but were never asked to move. Ate the whole meal in the drive thru while waitng. This gave us time to notice the employees all had their masks pulled down while preparing the orders. Then then shakes arrived. The food was tasty. Luckily the date was cheap so we didn't have to go dutch.

Very disappointed. Bfs mcrib wasn't in box was in bottom of bag with sauce everywhere ruining everything. No starws. Napkins or sauce for nuggets. Called figuring they would atleast say sorry😞 . Nope they asked about every item I purchased instead, down to how many nuggets I ordered as if I wasn't being honest. Person on phone identified as a manger although did not act like one. Had to put me on hold to come back and tell me she was told she can't replace it. Yes I still have the receipt and am definitely doing the survey ☹
