Monical's Pizza

Monicals is the to-go place to have fun and mingle with family and friends. They get a 5 star on that. My daughter and I enjoy the gluten-free pizza and usually have good luck with it. Tonight was it tad off. My daughter said the pizza tasted good (I am going on over 3 months of no taste or smell), but the crust was not cooked all the way through. The best way to describe it is comparing it to a raw pie dough, or the pre made pie crust you find in the cooler. I can't say it tasted awful, but the texture was most definitely off tonight. It was still enjoyable and the service was great. Better luck next time.

The pizza is great, but what is the deal with orders for pick up? Why can't you go in to pick up your pizza? If you go to dine in, you can walk in, but not to pick up a pizza? That makes no sense to me. This is the only business in the area that I have seen do this. Everyone else is opened up completely, so why does this have to continue?

Monicals is favorite place for pizza, hand done, but this particular one uh. Hope it's not like that all the time. I eat at another one a lot & this one was not as good as the others. But the food was okay. They were not busy, the dressing was gross, the chef salad had whole slices of ham on it, and we even ask for the crackers, none. I will probably go to Subway for my next birthday if in this town next time. Hopefully it was just a bad night.

Terrible service. I called in an order an hour ahead of time to be ready when I got there since I only had a 30 minute lunch. When I arrived, it took 10 minutes of waiting in get line to even get to the point of letting them know I was there. I could see all of my food sitting on the counter right at the line. Well finally got sat down, and it took them over 20 minutes to bring out my food. This is now the second time in a row ive had issues. Will not be returning again. If your in a rush, don't come here
