I went to Wendy's today for a DoorDash pick up. I waited my turn in line and told the girl at the counter what I was there for. I watched her pick up the receipt and not turn it in. I waited 5 minutes and then 10 minutes and watched order after order go out from the counter to customers in the stor

Wendy's used to have great food & service, now they're getting just as bad as the one (Mc) across the street! The food was edible but barely warm & not close to fresh & didn't get the order right again. I used to love Wendy's

Overall it was okay. The customer service was good. The speed of service was good. I just wasn't wowed by what I ordered. It's normally good. It wasn't bad. It just didn't wow me like I wanted it too.

About as good as a Wendy's gets these days. Almost always hot and fresh, and you usually get everything you ordered the way you ordered it, with custom orders being much more likely to be accurate when using the app to place the order.

Food was dead cold took 10 minutes to get my food even though I was the only one in the drive through and it wasn’t even the right order it made me sick for the second time

Way overdue for a remodel. I've been in the back food prep area of this restaurant and it's old and not in good shape. Service is typically fairly slow and it's hit and miss with fresh or old food. Don't go late at night because you definitely will get old food.

I asked for a single hamburger with lettuce tomato pickle mustard. I despise cheese and onions. I got exactly that. They pretended to remake it no cheese, onions no mustard lots of mayo. I guess I was being punished. Won't go back
